Luxurious Boutique Studio

The place is situated on the bank of Maritza river, 15 minutes walking from all the highlights of Plovdiv, city center, the old city. You will find here an excellent spot to stay, very quiet in a brand new building, Renaissance style.
The studio is on the south side of the building, always sunny. On the rooftop of the building is a terrace that overview all the city. you can have your coffee there. For the smokers is a great spot, since inside the studio the smoking is absolutely forbidden. You will be enchanted by my place because is made with love. Everything is brand new, high quality pillows and bed sheets. The place is extraordinarily clean. There is a fully equipped kitchen, glasses, kitchen ware, plates etc.
There are shops, restaurants and everything you need nearby.

The neighborhood is one of the beautiful in Plovdiv since in just steps away from the bank of Maritza river. You can walk along it to the center of the city or just admire the beauty of the river and all of the bridges.
You can always find a spot to park around the building. Since is close to the center you can walk or you can take the bus too.
