This beautiful resort style home 'Lakeside Oasis' is located on the Baytowne Golf Course with beautiful views of the course, lake and surrounding nature. The home provides two 6-seat golf carts to fully experience resort life at its best. Take the carts to the private resort beach access or the numerous dining and entertainment options throughout the resort.

The home is a coastal beauty designed for family relaxation. There is a main floor with an open concept living, dining and kitchen area that leads out to a back patio with seating and BBQ grill overlooking the golf course and you can even see fireworks shows throughout the year. The first floor is also home to a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom across the hall.

The second floor of the home has plenty of room for the family to spread out with a 2nd living area, L-shaped work desk and desk chair, and two more guest bedrooms and master suite. The guest bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms, one with a king bed, and the other with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds. The master suite is spacious overlooking the golf course with a walk-in closet and full en-suite bathroom. The 2nd floor also holds a full size laundry room for convenience.

Enjoy parking in your private driveway with space for 2 vehicles. The private home garage is stocked full of beach supplies and one of the golf carts, while the other cart is parked in the driveway.
