We live just outside Orlando and have 2 daughters. We love being outside and on the water. We have been going over to the west coast of Florida for several years and have such a good time we thought we would get a place we can use and share the enjoyment with others also.

Why they chose this property

We chose this area for its proximity to food and entertainment. We enjoy the park/ dog park directly across the street were you can also launch a kayak or fish (Please check FWC for fishing laws/regulations in Florida).
Just a short walk 5-8 min there are several restaurants/ tiki bars that have live music nightly or on the weekend. In the same area is a marina with boat rental, a public boat ramp giving easy access to the Gulf of America with just a short boat ride.

What makes this property unique

The property was just completely renovated. Everything in the property is brand new. The back yard is inviting area complete astro turf, putting green, furniture, grill, and yard games.
