Romantic apartment in seaside villa Punta with pool, gym, parking, garden, outdoor shower and sun loungers. Fantastice location in Vodice, close to Sibenik, beautiful National Parks Krka and Kornati, a few steps from beach.
The pool is private, and only guests from Punta Apartments will have access to it.
Our pool is 100% reliable, has no chemicals and chlorine, it works on the principle of electrolysis of salt water, which means that instead of chlorine and chlorine formulations in the pool we put salt. Salt water travels through the device, whereby by the process of electrolysis we extract chlorine from the salt. The chlorine water is appropriately purified and disinfected, then returned back into the salt. There is no fear of harmful skin reactions, and even small children can swim unhindered. Villa is situated on a perfect location.
Everything is near by villa (restaurants, beach, downtown, bakery, glocery, ATM, pharmacy, rent a bike or boat, organized boat excursions) and that´s what makes it so special!

Vodice is a charming seaside town, a 40min drive from both the airport in Zadar (north) and Trogir (south). The center consists of cozy stone house located centered around the marina with restaurants, ice- and cocktail-bars lying in a row. Tourists, both young and old, can enjoy a varied offer of activities and attractions. Enjoy sunbathing, swimming and relaxing on the beaches or go fishing, diving, on cycling trips or attend excursions. The town is an ideal base for visiting a number of attractions in the Dalmatia region. Those who want to experience some of the wonderful scenery Croatia offers can travel to the nature reserve Krka 25km distance.National Park Kornati is also well worth a visit, 12km. This national park consists of numerous islands, reefs and lagoons. We also recommend a trip to the island Prvic, Šibenik 10km, Zadar 50km,Trogir 55km
