Main Level: When you walk in you will be able to access a bedroom to your right w/ a Full Murphy Bed and pool access and additional fridge. Laundry is also on this level to the left.


Up a short flight of stairs you will enter into the kitchen and living area with breathtaking views of Atascadero Lake. Dining for 6 and bar seating for 5.


Up one more set of stairs you will encounter two bedrooms:
*Master King bed with desk w/ en suite
Additional shared bath in the hall with double sinks
Second bedroom: Queen bed and pull out full sofa with access to en suite


On the bottom level you will enter into a Game Room with Twin over Full Bunks.
Through the game room you will access the second master bedroom with a King bed and double sinks vanity and bathroom.

Other things to note
Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and respectable noise levels are required at all hours.


Parking for up to 4 cars is available in the driveway. Street parking in front of the home allows up to 2 cars on gravel. Pulling out on main street will be limited with street parking. EV charger available from 9pm-7am. The garage is not available to guests for use.


We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.
