The second bathroom, located near the guest bedrooms, offers a shower/tub combo with modern fixtures and the third offers another walk in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Backyard: This backyard has something for everyone! Challenge friends to cornhole or a game of basketball, or enjoy a round of mini golf on the custom course. Guests will be able to park their vehicles in the driveway and be able to utilize the laundry room as well.

Guests will have access to the entire home including the laundry and backyard.

It’s a peaceful neighborhood with a suburban feel, yet still close to downtown Phoenix for all the city amenities.

The home is 16 miles or 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). You can consider using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft, which are widely available in Phoenix. Additionally, the area is well-served by major roadways, making personal vehicle travel straightforward.

Other Things to Note:
Security: Additional guest verification and a security deposit will be required upon confirmation of booking which is outlined in our privacy policy.

Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.

We respect our guests' privacy and have no specific preferences for interaction. You can enjoy a self-check-in and checkout experience.
