Painted Cliff #48 is a true ski-in, ski-out luxury property. Ski right to your door, this stunning townhome is literally steps from the slopes! Built next to the lower cruiser run on Blackcomb Mountain, this 3-Bedroom, 3-Bathroom slopeside townhome is spread out over two levels with vaulted ceilings on the main floor.

Enter to the main floor, featuring a spacious, open concept living space. The kitchen is fully equipped, including stainless steel appliances. The living area offers amazing comfort with a cozy living room and warm wood burning stone fireplace, plus a new flat screen TV. Enjoy a nice family dinner on a solid wood dining table with ample space for 8 people. Head out to your private deck complete with a BBQ, perfect for those warm summer days, or feel right at home in your winter mountain retreat surrounded by thick pine trees freckled with snow. For added convenience the free shuttle bus to Whistler Village and the Blackcomb base also stops right next to the Painted Cliff complex.

The homes entrance allows for ski and snowboard equipment storage while bikes can be stored in the designated area in the underground parking garage. Dry your gear off with the in-suite boot and glove warmer. It has a private laundry, complimentary wireless internet and secure underground parking. If you're not skiing, the free shuttle runs all year long, approximately every 15 mins until 1 AM and stops right across the complex. It's a short ride to all the shops, restaurants and amenities in the village!

BEDROOMS

The well-lit main floor primary bedroom features a queen bed and two large wood-framed picture windows. The ensuite features in-floor heating and a large walk in shower. On the lower lever, you will find an additional primary bedroom featuring a queen bed and ensuite. Enjoy the forested seclusion in the lower primary bedroom which features a queen bed and ensuite with heated floors and walk in shower. Look out to snow covered trees in the 3rd bedroom which offers a queen bed, 2 upper bunk twin beds and a couch with built in storage. The lower level offers a 3rd bathroom with in-floor heating and walk in shower.

PARKING

One assigned parking stall inside the parkade. The parkade height clearance is 7. One visitor parking pass also provided. Visitor parking is based on availability.

**LARGER GROUPS: You can book this home in conjunction with our neighbouring Painted Cliff #13 (3-Bedroom) & Painted Cliff #43 (2-Bedroom) to book a larger configuration in a prime ski-in, ski-out location**

BOOKING DETAILS

The 50% deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival, with remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. These payments are non-refundable once processed.
For credit card payments, a 3.5% processing fee is automatically applied to all payments.

Great location, amazing for skiiers
Really nice location, normally pictures make it look bigger than reality, this place was bigger than the pics. just one house away from the slopes, so REAL ski in and ski out. Easy to get down to the Blackcomb gondola for skiing first thing in the morning.

A Tranquil Get Away
Sparking clean. Nicely equipped kitchen. Nice renovated bathrooms with heated floors. Spacious bedrooms It's a bit of a hike from the village so it might not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

On the hill
Townhome is clean with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Our only complaint in the unit was the dishwasher (not anchored). Bedrooms are spacious. Located on the ski hill which was nice to walk out to. Carpets, furnishings and complex grounds getting a little tired and in need of repair, but overall a nice place to stay!

Fabulous getaway!
From start to finish everything was perfect. It began with making our booking, any questions we had about the property were answered accurately and promptly. The condo was immaculate and well outfitted... everything was as promised. The only thing that we should mention for others is the fourth bedroom, with the bunk beds, did not have any windows. Everything was superb...we had a wonderful time and will definitely return!

We checked-in the day Whistler closed due to COVID19. Aloha was amazing. Empathetic to our situation and very helpful with our options. Even in the midst of a lot of renters calling to re-schedule after the closure announcement, Aloha still stopped by to see us and welcome us to the property. Clearly a great business and we are looking forward to visiting next Spring.

Best Location on Blackcomb!
This property is a true ski in ski out. We had 3 adults and 4 teenage girls and this condo provided ample space and great access to all the amazing skiing and nightlife Whistler has to offer. I recommend this unit!

Excellent accommodations.
This place was wonderful. My family and friends family thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and the proximity to the slopes. This is a true ski in ski out location which is obviously updated and very comfortable. From the heated floors to the PlayStation 4, adults and children were happy. Aloha was great to work with. They helped arrange transportation and delivery of groceries. One adult also utilized a discount to rent skis. We will be coming back.

great location
perfect perfect location - super easy to get to the slopes (only 1 condo between you), easy access if you end on whistler to get back to blackcomb via the whistler gondola, and a good easy blue down to the first lift that our kids (ages 7, 9, 10, and 11) were able to navigate right away. the hot tub was nice and clean and great after a full day. highly recommend. we hope to come back soon!

Great Location for ski in ski out. Made it so easy for taking the kids out each day.
Condo Was neat and tidy and the bed room set made it easy to accomodate 2 families. Plus the service we received from aloha was excellent. Whenever we needed anything they would help us out right away. This is the second time we have used them and I highly recommended their service.
