Unit 109 at One Ocean Place is located on first floor of the south tower with magnificent ocean front view and is equipped with high speed internet (100mbps)! Building has two service elevators but since unit is on 1st floor, there's no need to wait! There are 4 levels of parking available. Security guard on premises.

There are two 3 to 5 foot deep outside swimming pools and two Jacuzzis. Lounge chairs and tables located around pools. Pools and Jacuzzis open till 9 P.M.!

Two car per unit parking is allowed with security gate access!
Ocean is a stone's throw from the unit! Lifeguard on duty directly in front of building from 9 am to 5 pm daily from May 31st till Labor Day! Beach chairs and umbrella rentals available! Fresh water showers available after ocean swim. Restroom located near pool.

Conch restaurant within walking distance from condo! 5-10 minute ride to many fine regular & seafood restaurants! Outback, Lone Star, Gulf Stream, Crabby Mike's, etc. Arcade, amusements, & fishing pier 5 minutes from condo. Shopping, movies & restaurants at Grand Strand Mall! Major supermarket 1/2 mile from condo! Many miniature and regular golf courses nearby!!

Great waves.
1st floor unit beach level. The sounds of the waves were awesome. The sunrise was also fantastic. The weather was really great for this time of the year. It was a great mini vacation. Mike is a great host.

Fall-family beach trip
I am a repeat customer and I really like this condo. It is very clean and Mike is an excellent host. Check in is very easy also. View is phenomenal. Unit is situated between the Garden City pier and the new Surfside pier. My wife and I are walkers and enjoy walking to each pier. Restaurants are close by also. I definitely recommend this unit.

Great location
Great location on 1st floor, clean and neat. All appliances, beach gear and linens. Great communication with the owner, Mike. The location regarding restaurants, beach, traffic are all excellent. We will stay here again.

My stay was an average stay. Condo was clean and seem to have what I needed although we do not use the kitchen much. Twin bed was a little soft. Condo rules were clear but building rules are a little confusing. No reserving chairs at pool or parking spaces was not upheld. Reserving pool chairs sorry to say was needed as there were not many. Storing beach items in parking spaces was unacceptable. Although I was told I could park in the space, what would happen to my car when the owners of beach items came to get them. Condo and building could use some updates. I would stay there again, probably.

First floor staying was very nice. Easy access to the beach and pools. Everything was as described. The whole family enjoyed the vacation. Having the beach chairs and umbrella on site was a bonus! Communication with Michael was easy and pleasant. Will be looking to stay again next year.

Beach Trip
To say this stay was amazing is an understatement. The property is absolutely beautiful and the condo was so nice. This was the best trip I’ve ever taken my family on. Checking in and out was extremely easy and hassle free, condo had an amazing view of the ocean, the condo had everything you would need during your stay.

Great Girl’s Trip
A group of us former college housemates get together every year. This was by far one of the best places we have stayed at in the Myrtle Beach/Murrells Inlet area!!! The condo was great- clean & so nicely decorated. Great pool and beach access. Great balcony too! We highly recommend and will be back!!!

Girls Trip!
This location was perfect for us. We were 3 ladies in our 70’s and this condo has excellent access to the pool area and beach. A few stairs down to the beach, but very doable. The condo was in a quiet area and was set up with good supplies. The view of the ocean was great. Since we are older, the mattresses affected our sleep but otherwise an incredible stay!!!

Great Stay!
This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Can’t beat the view of the Sunrise in the morning and the ocean front convenience! Mike is amazing and quickly responds to any questions you may have. Will definitely be back!

Right by the pool and steps away from the ocean. Perfect stay!

This was our third time staying at this unit. It is a perfect location, and the covered porch is the best! We really like this place so much! The only thing that could make this place better, would be to replace the mattresses in the bedrooms, especially the bedroom with the twin beds.

We were here last year and what we noticed is all the attention to detail. The first day you check in all you need to do is bring your first meal. All the little things are there, coffee, cleaning products garbage bags, toilet paper and many small appliances to use.

Wonderful weekend getaway

In years past, we have stayed at another condo at One Ocean Place on the north side in upper floors that was larger than this condo. However, we found this condo to be exactly the right size for our group of three. Cleanliness was top notch. We appreciated the labels on each of the many wall switches. I was also impressed with how well the owner has stocked this condo. He has thought of anything you might need, from a flashlight to more than one extra roll of toilet paper to a bowl of 'welcome' candy on the kitchen counter. And close proximity to vehicle parking and the entrance to the pool and beach were a definite plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot!
Mike was amazing during our stay. The air conditioning was out when we first arrived, but he was already on site and had a repairman fix it within an hour. Condo is clean, has a wonderful view and was the perfect place to kick back and relax after a long day on the beach. Will definitely stay again!

I am originally from New Jersey. I have been coming to the Myrtle Beach area since 1987 and moved here in 2003. I live in Murrells Inlet. I have a wonderful wife, 2 grown, married children and 5 grandchildren. I am a retired Senior Systems IT Analyst from ITT Industries in Clifton, New Jersey where I worked for 20 years. I served in the United States Navy from 1961 to 1966 aboard the USS Great Sitkin AE17 and the USS Laffey DD724 (Now at Patriot's Point, SC and the most decorated ship of WWII!)

Why they chose this property

It is a family oriented area and we cater only to family rentals. I chose this location because is centrally located near all major shopping areas and restaurants. The building is constructed of reinforced concrete and is meticulously kept as is the common grounds. The security guard on premises ensures the safety of all registered renters.

What makes this property unique

There is a great ocean view where you are able to see a spectacular sunrise most mornings, especially when you are eating breakfast out on the patio. Since you are on the first floor, you don't have to wait for an elevator. You can walk right to the unit if parked on the same level! Luggage carts available for renters use as well.
