New! LaMoyne's Place - Charming 2-bedroom cottage in the B&B capitol of Texas
LaMoyne’s Place is within the historic district of Jefferson and an easy walk to local restaurants and shopping. LaMoyne’s is perfect for a couple, small family or girls getaway! This 1940s house has been meticulously updated inside and out! You will enjoy a living room with large smart tv and Netflix or login to your own apps. The kitchen is equipped with Big Chill appliances and enough dishes and cooking equipment for any meals you choose to make (but why would you?! It’s Jefferson with some of the best restaurants to enjoy!). There is a washer and dryer for your use in the twin bedroom. The outdoor patio includes a propane grill and gas firepit. Max of four people. House is available except for an owner’s closet in each bedroom. She-shed is off limits as is the garage. Park on any street on this corner lot. *Please note this property has stairs at all entrances and is not handicap accessible.

My husband and I have retired to the Bed and Breakfast capitol of Texas, Jefferson, Texas. We have three grown children (a son-in-law and a daughter-in-law), and the most precious grandson you will ever meet. Looking forward to hosting you at LaMoyne's Place.
Why they chose this property
Jefferson is full of historic homes, history, shopping, the natural beauty of the piney woods of East Texas, and the only natural lake in Texas, Caddo Lake.
