Located 1 km outside the quaint village of Valle de Abdalajis. This villa has absolutely amazing views within it's own gardens. It is modern and fresh with A large kitchen/ BBQ and sink with great views.
It has 3 good size bedrooms including 2 king size beds and 1 full double size bed. Guests will feel right at home the moment they step inside. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials, including a hairdryer and a refreshing walk in shower. Whether you're looking to relax in the serene surroundings or explore the area, this welcoming property is the perfect retreat. There's a wood burner fire which warms the villa during the cooler months and air conditioning for the hotter ones. The village is 1km away with bars, shops, bank/ATM, chemist and doctors.
Amongst the many activities found locally is the world famous "Caminito de Rey" which attracts over 300,000 visitors each year. Also there's rock climbing, hiking, kayaking, and some amazing geological sites in and around El Torcal and the Guadalhorce valley. We love walking enjoying the viwes everywhere we turn. It's full of oil groves all around us. This is one of the reasons I love being here.
Why they chose this property
It's a handgliding area. It's small traditional village this village still makes food that you get in butchers that was made many years ago. The area is outstanding beautiful.
What makes this property unique
It's a modern villa, views from all rooms, open plan and most importantly NOT typical rental furniture but home comforts.
