Other things to note:

The pool is heated at 70 degrees in the spring and summer. It is not heated in fall and winter. Heating over 70 degrees in spring and summer will receive a surcharge of whatever the electric company charges. If heated in fall and winter the entire electric overages will be charged.

For everyone's safety and peace of mind. Two recording security cameras are on the exterior of the premises. One facing the driveway and one facing the pool.

A separate RENTAL AGREEMENT between owners and guests will be emailed upon inquiry and will require signature from guests to approve and secure booking.

Minimum night stay: 31 Days
