Historic Romantic Downtown Row House with Free Parking

Quaint townhouse on a quiet street in downtown Charleston - unlike a condo, you will not have to deal with neighbors above or below. Within 2 blocks of fabulous restaurants and King Street shopping. The building has 'Old World Charm' and the interior has been meticulously renovated and decorated with plenty of natural light. Location is central and would not require a car, but we have a parking space in back of property included if you do drive (accommodates regulars sized vehicles only - no huge trucks). Bikes are included, which is a wonderful way to experience Downtown Charleston. Adults only (2 maximum). No children or babies. No pets. No smoking inside. No smoking cigars on property.

Perfect location
Pleasant stay at this cozy apt. The location about 10minute walk to the waterfront, shopping on King St and dining . Small kitchen with all the appliances needed to make a small meal. Steps to the bedroom so wouldn’t suggest for small kids or elderly. WiFi is lagging but they do have 2 TVs. Enjoyable stay

A little gem
We arrived at dusk but managed to find the apartment easily. At first it was difficult getting through the one side of the doorway but easily fixed when you get in and open the door fully. The apartment is well equipped so great for short or long stays. Excellent location. Our only gripe was the property manager had the gutters fixed when we were there so the last morning we were woken earlier than planned. The owner however was always helpful and responsive. A great little gem and find.

Excellent Weekend Property
The condo was perfect for a weekend getaway to Charleston. The location cannot be beat. It is centrally located within walking distance of all the major Charleston attractions we wanted to visit. And the condo itself was great. We found the owner's communication very easy to follow, the check-in process straight forward, the condo clean, the bed comfortable and overall as advertised. I recommend choosing this condo over any comparable priced hotel. We were very happy with our three night stay!

Was easy walk to the best parts of Charleston. Went on the free bus route once, but found really the best things were right by us. Comfortable bed, nice shower, all we needed for my wife and I.
