An indoor/outdoor "recovery room" with a hot tub, cold plunge and sauna. Pack n Play available upon request. Games and books for all ages.
Within walking distance from the house are play grounds, the YMCA, a golf course, the famous Watch Hill Proper restaurant, and many other restaurants. Kroger's is a quarter of a mile away for a quick pick up for a BBQ at home on the Traeger grill.

Hello- our family moved to the great state of Kentucky three years ago and began learning about the Derby culture. We are happy to be able to share our home to guests coming for the horse races!
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood has a small town feel. Restaurants, YMCA, school, golf course are all walking distance from our house. Larger grocery store is just a quarter mile down the road and Costco a mile away. Loads of convenience. Our grandchildren are 2 blocks away which is another big bonus!
What makes this property unique
Our house has room to spread out when you want privacy as well as great gather spots in the combo kitchen/family room, movie room and recreational room. What we love most about our house is the indoor/outdoor recovery room featuring a hot tub, cold plunge and infrared sauna
