This neighborhood is quiet and convenient. With close proximity to the Cornell and Ithaca College campuses, it is the ideal place to set up shop and enjoy the lake while you relax or work.
What makes this property unique
The sunsets! Our expansive porch offers the most stunning sunsets on this side of Cayuga Lake. The sun fills the house throughout the day until it is time for the big show. Seeing fireworks shows across the lake is common throughout the summer months.
