TAHOE RENTAL ORDINANCE The following laws were set forth by the county and apply to every home in Tahoe. They were put in place to keep Lake Tahoe an enjoyable and safe place to visit for years to come! 1. The hot tub cannot be used after 10pm (if this home has one) 2. 10pm - 8am is the county quiet time for all rentals. 3. Trash cannot be left outside and must go into the bear box. 4. We cannot host extra people or allow parties. 5. We cannot accomodate extra cars, parking on the street or dirt. PLEASE NOTE: Neighbors may alert the police who will issue fines to guests found to be in violation. In order to protect this owner’s permit we do reserve the right to ask guests to leave this home. This is a very rare occurrence and one we hate doing so we do our best to warn our guests before it comes to this.
Interaction with Guests: There is no check in desk. You will check in by going right to the home using our keyless entry system. We will email you your door code beforehand which activates at 4pm on the day of check in. We can be as involved or as hands off as you’d like. We have a friendly, local staff available if needed.

Perfect for 4 adults in town for a curling competition. Close to all Tahoe has to offer while still seeming quietly situated. Spacious living areas.

Great amenities
The property scores 100 on all amenities including heating, wifi, kitchen, hot water, parking lot etc. However, the property locates at a sloppy dead end street, so in storm weather the street can be really covered with snow and cause difficulties to get out. The street is also not among the first priority streets for city snow plowing so ETA for road clearing is also not guaranteed. Snow chains are recommended for location.
The property was very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. The location was great for kids to ride backs as it was a dead end street. The house was well stocked and we would definitely stay there again.
We stayed in Blue Black Bart house and it was great for a family. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms, perfect for three adults and two 7 yr old twins. House was clean and kitchen had adequate pots, pans, flatware, and plenty of plates and bowls. Hardwood floors easy to clean and carpet in bedrooms was clean. We had one maintenance issue and repair person came out on a Sunday. We will rent here again.
What a great property. This place has everything you need. With 4 bedrooms there is plenty of room for everyone. Close to ski and town but just far enough away to relax. Located on a side street so little to no traffic. Nice and quiet.
The place itself, the management team and price was all around fantastic. Unfortunately, the miserable neighbors somewhat ruined the experience. One of them was standing in the window on New year's Eve counting us...
