Dining room has views to the water. Canal connects directly to the Bay and the neighborhood is located on the southern end of Longboat Key, convenient to St Armand's Circle and Sarasota. Bring your boat as a lift is included. Come stay a month or two. Master bedroom has a King bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds and third bedroom has a queen.
