In the warmer months, enjoy hiking, biking, tubing, and lively outdoor festivals. Tree Top is ideally located: 11 minutes to Sugar Mountain for skiing and snowboarding, 15 minutes to Valle Crucis and the historic Mast General Store, 20 minutes to Grandfather Mountain for breathtaking views and hiking, 35 minutes to Boone, a hub of dining, shopping, and Appalachian charm. After a day of adventure, unwind at the cabin with a soothing soak in the hot tub, a cozy evening by the fire pit, or a friendly game of foosball. With plenty of space to relax, Tree Top is your perfect mountain retreat!

The main floor living room is a cozy retreat, featuring a wall of windows that frame the serene natural surroundings. A striking stacked stone wood-burning fireplace, open to both the living and dining areas, adds warmth and charm. Step outside onto the spacious deck, where you can enjoy outdoor dining, a gas grill, and a brand-new hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The bright and spacious kitchen is fully equipped, making meal preparation effortless. Venture down the spiral staircase to the lower-level den, where fun awaits with a foosball table, TV, and a selection of family-friendly board games. Spend your evenings gathered around the fire pit, soaking in the beauty of a star-filled mountain sky.
The master bedroom on the main level features a comfortable queen bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and direct access to the deck, allowing you to wake up to peaceful mountain views. Also on the main floor, a second bedroom offers two twin beds, a TV, and easy access to a hallway bathroom, making it perfect for kids or additional guests. Downstairs, the queen bedroom includes a TV and convenient access to the lower-level hallway bathroom. For extra sleeping space, the den futon provides a cozy spot for an additional guest, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest after a day of adventure.
Gather around the fire pit for evenings under the stars. Tree Top includes YouTube TV, high speed WIFI, and central heating and air conditioning for year round comfort. Up to two dogs can be included with an additional pet fee. The level gravel parking area is roomy enough for several cars and features a covered port for one car. One step entrance to covered front entrance. Winter travelers should be prepared with 4WD or AWD vehicles and at times chains may be required.
