Note: Strict no smoking or drug policy.
1. We try to keep our home as clean as possible for guests, so we ask that shoes are removed when entering the house.
2. There is absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING in the unit, OR the backyard. If you need to smoke, please go to the front street. Any residual smell of smoke or marijuana will result in a $500 fee.
3. Please turn off A/C when you go out to help save the environment. Additionally, close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the suite for safety reasons.
4. Please respect the noise curfew.
5. We want to keep our home looking like-new for you and future guests, so please take care of the furnishings. You need to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. Photos of all furnishings are taken before and after each guest, but if you notice something upon your arrival and want to make sure you aren't charged, feel free to message us a photo of it upon check-in.
6. Please don't rearrange the furniture.
7. We have provided you and your guest a set of towels each. If you need extra, please limit towel use to 1 or 2 extra per guest. Excessive use (I.e 3 towels per guest) will incur a charge $30 extra for laundry.
8. We try to keep the cleaning costs down, so please:
- do your dishes
- strip the bed and place all linens by the door upon check out (leave the duvet/blanket insert by the bed).
- take the trash out before you leave (optional but appreciated)
**If you prefer not to clean up (we aren't trying to nickel and dime, this rule is just if the place is left in a "college dorm" state), don't want to strip the linens, or follow the checkout rules, we will have our cleaners do this for an additional $30 charge and still be happy to have you back. It just takes more time to clean and we try to pay our cleaners fairly, so please understand.
**Excessive dishes and heavy grime may incur an additional cleaning fee of up to $60.
