Inside, the apartment welcomes you with a spacious living area bathed in natural light, accentuated by nautical décor and modern screed flooring in soothing sea blues and greens. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the sunroom and patio, or relax on the cozy L-shaped couch in the lounge that seamlessly flows into a sunroom featuring a large dining table and a comfortable seating nook. A versatile indoor dining table doubles as a convenient workspace.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any culinary adventure, stocked with all the essentials—from cooking ingredients to crockery and cutlery—and complemented by braai facilities for delightful outdoor meals. Two spacious bedrooms ensure a restful stay, with the main bedroom boasting a king-size bed and the second offering two single beds; both share a pristine, full bathroom.

Exclusively for guest use, the apartment also features a small private garden and access to a shared backyard with a BBQ area. Although I don’t reside on-site, my team and I are just a brief 10-minute drive away and are always available to assist.
