Private Pool & Hot Tub, Putting Green, Walk 600 feet to Beach, Poolside Grill, Well Outfitted kitchen, Fireplace, 1.3 mile to Duck Village, Access to Ocean Crest Community pool & Tennis Court- these are just a few of the highlights! Sandy Pants is a spacious home with many private indoor and outdoor areas to retreat to & quick access to other towns & all OBX has to offer. Accommodations are comfortable for up to 15 people!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
WASH AND DRY ALL BEACH TOWELS BEFORE DEPARTURE.
Leave comforter, pillows, protectors on bed.
Remove all trash from house (kitchen, bathroom, etc) place in dumpster outside of house.
Make sure all dishes are clean, dry and put away.
Turn all lights off.
Set AC to 74 in summer and Heat to 68 in the winter at departure.
Lock all doors & windows at your departure.
If a key was used please put it back in lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

HELLO There! I moved to the OBX from Ellicott City, MD in 2013. I studied Human Nutrition, Foods & Exercise with an emphasis in Exercise & Health Promotion at Virginia Tech & put that knowledge to work on a daily basis as a Pilates Instructor at the only classical Pilates Studio in the OBX, The Presidio of Pilates! In addition to my education, my love for business & entrepreneurial spirit led me to Hosting! I CoHost multiple spaces in locations throughout the United States and as a Professional Referrer of hosting I take great joy in teaching folks how to start their own business hosting by themselves or with assistance. I have taught a course at the local church - The Path To Financial Freedom! I LOVE to TRAVEL - so reach out if you would like me to teach a course in YOUR home town in the US or Internationally!
