Spacious 1 bedroom with direct ocean view, full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1 full bathroom with master suite, and Impact glasses from ceiling to floor wrapped by a large balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy the incredible sunrise and stunning views. Elevator with private hall. Amenities include 3 restaurants, infinity pools, sundeck, Gym overlooking the ocean, full-service Spa with sauna, 24-hour concierge, a movie theater, yoga and zumba classes on the weekend. Lyfe Resort is only a few minutes away from the Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour.

Guests need to have their wristbands on at all times in the property or they will be asked to leave the premises. If any guests need a replacement wristband they will need to go to the front desk with a valid ID in order to receive one.

Check-in instructions:
1) Your reservation is usually sent 24 hours prior to your arrival to the Hotel Front Desk.
2) Last minute reservations are sent to the building within an hour
3) Upon arrival at the Front Desk, please register all guests and pay the resort fees and the security deposit.
4) The Front Desk will issue the apartment keys at the check-in time.
5) For early check-ins prior to 4 PM, please contact me because the FD will need an authorization email from me to be able to provide an early check-in.
6) If someone else checking in for the main guest on the reservation, the main guest must send a guest list to me to authorize someone else to check in for them.

$40 per day per unit resort fee is paid on the premises upon check-in.
$35 onsite valet parking is paid on the premises
$250 refundable deposit is required upon check-in by CC
