Family Trip

We went with 7 adults, the location was great and we really enjoyed the house especially the openness of the living room, dining area and Kitchen. This house is definitely a keeper for another visit!!

Wonderful week!

Beautiful home in a wonderful location at Moody Point! We own the house across the street and used this house to accommodate our whole family who came to visit for a week! It was perfect for all our needs. Loved watching the seals from the deck!

Ideal location and perfect property for our family vacation.

Property exceeded our expectations. Property is located a short drive from the best Maine resort towns and beaches. Gourmet kitchen is well laid our and with great spppliances and utensils. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms passed my wife’s demanding specifications. The 3 becks and porch were great for enjoying the ocean views. We would definitely return for another family vacation.

Summer V

This was the 5th summer our family stayed at Rick's place. Next year we are renting it for 2 weeks. Think that says enough. Perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants, etc., but in a very peaceful, relaxing area.

Slice of Heaven

We have been renting in Ogunquit/Wells area for over 20 years & Rick's Home is by far the best. You have views & sounds of the ocean. The house was clean & had everything we needed for our stay. Rick was wonderful & answers quickly when I reached out. We loved it so much that we already booked again.

Nearly perfect

Clean, well appointed, very close to ocean/beaches. Owner very responsive and helpful! A great home base for our family of four adults. Ocean view from property was obstructed and not as we expected from the photos in the listing. This was due to new homes that were added since the photos were taken, one of which was still under construction and quite noisy.

Good Moody

Absolute gem of a house a short walk from Moody beach. Perfect for 2 families of 4. Loved using the porches, listening to the ocean to fall asleep, being woken up by the sunrise and cooking in the top of the line kitchen. This was our first Wells vacation and won’t be our last. Beautiful as always!

We love the open middle floor and gorgeous porches. We have a disabled adult in our family and they are able to navigate the stairs. Nice railings on both sides and two landings on each flight.

This house was just beautiful. From the comfort,cleanliness,and spectacular views. Relaxing outside on the patio that the living area opens up to is so calming and pleasing. Watching and listening to the ocean waves. And there really are seals you see every morning. By far, one of the nicest rentals we've ever stayed in. We would definitely rent again. And Rick was a wonderful host.

Perfect vacation house!

My husband and I stayed here for a week in June along with our two adult children, their spouses and 3 granddaughters (2 are babies). We have rented several vacation homes in the Ogunquit area over the years, and this one is definitely our favorite! The house is very beautiful with amazing ocean views! Very short walk or drive to the beach(es), as well as restaurants and shops. Rick was the perfect host. We are already thinking of when we will reserve the house for next year.

Beautiful Ocean House

This house is gorgeous!!! It is exactly like the photos. Rick is great. Super easy, timely communication. We never had a moment of stress. Everything in the house worked perfect, beautiful appliances all around. Absolutely love the massive fridge! Beautiful area for walks, quick drive to downtown Ogunquit, with the serenity of the beach when at the house. I would love to come back here with my family and likely will do that! Thanks for such a memorable trip in your beautiful home, Rick!
