Located in Aransas Pass, enjoy what this 3-bedroom house has to offer. Close by Rockport, Port Aransas and Corpus Christi. Large pond in back with bass and catfish. Catch and release only. Open kitchen concept. The three acres come with outdoor games, swings and hammock. Pet friendly and welcomed. With 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests can relax in superb comfort. Alexa integrated smart home, try saying “Alexa, goodnight!” And watch all the lights go out for bedtime. Alexa also has ability to turn on or off any light or switch in the house! The property also features AC, WiFi, hair dryers, washer and dryer for convenience. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with shampoo/conditioner, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, hair dryers and more! An additional game room space with outdoor games to play, X-box, Playstation, board games, kids books/games! a futon provides extra flexibility. Small workstation in main room also doubles as a bar area. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
