The split floor plan has a large master opposite 3 spacious bedrooms, and a central kitchen and dining room that separate the living and family rooms. The master has a fireplace and ensuite bath with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and bidet. The kitchen island faces an 85” Sony TV. Lovesac couches provide ample seating.

Captivating Ranch style home with modern upgrades (4,300 sq.ft.) on an acre lot with a private lawn. Beautiful desert landscape, amazing sunsets, views of Mummy Mountain, patios and a sparkling pool that is open and clean all year long, but currently not heated.

Very close to some of the best golf courses in Arizona, hiking trails, fine dining, Talking Stick Casino, Giants/Rockies Spring Training, Scottsdale Fashion Square and Old Town Scottsdale.
The Space

Guests can enjoy taking in the morning sunrises or evening sunsets from this private home. There is a variety of wildlife that is entertaining to watch including owls and quail. Enjoy a dip in the pool, the colorful stars imported from Mexico that light the back patio, walks around this peaceful neighborhood, or a movie with state of the art sound and sofa.

The bedrooms are generous in size adorned with king-sized tuft & needle beds, duvets, ample storage, and privacy window dressings that keep out the light while you sleep in. Each room is equipped with towel hangers, usb charging ports, custom closets with drawers.

Fully equipped, open concept. Large island seats 4 and faces dining and living room areas.
