This vila has been totally renovated with new furniture, flooring, bathroom, paint, water heater, W/D, and HVAC. The kitchen is under renovation and should be done by July, 2025. It’s located on the 2nd floor of Richmond Park in Kingston Resort with 1 flight of stairs. Both bedrooms have a King bed. The Villa has a beautiful living/dining area and a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. A large private balcony is available for outside entertaining or lounging with a full view of the lake in the foreground of the Atlantic Ocean just through the trees. It features free parking and free high-speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included. Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

Kingston Resort is a 145-acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family-friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Richmond Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and winding sidewalks with a 5-minute walk to the beach.
