This is a sought after upper unit with fabulous views of the mountains. The upper units have sky lights and you'll love the light and bright airy feel. Please book by the calendar month. One bedroom, two full baths. Incredible views of the iconic Deauville fountain and you’ll enjoy the sunsets from the patio. Soak up the sunshine at one of three pools during the day and be walking distance to all the fun of downtown at night.

Walk out of the master bedroom sliding door onto the patio and enjoy coffee on your own private the patio. Make tea quickly with our steaming hot water on demand special faucet. While your're in the kitchen getting your tea, you will enjoy the new granite tile and tile back splash. The patio has a gas grill for creating your bbq masterpiece.

POOLS AND RECREATION:
Ready to work off all the wonderful food in Palm Springs? The Deauville has two tennis courts, exercise room, three beautiful pools and 3 outdoor spas. The main pool is very large and perfect for getting some laps in. We provide nice tennis rackets and balls so no need to bring your own. We also provide beach towels for the pool.

BATHS:
Two full baths. Both very spacious baths. The master bath has a tiled shower, large vanity with mirror and a closet. The second bath has a shower and good size bathtub combo. Both baths have fans and heat lamps.

WASHER AND DRYERS:
Our condo features a stacked washer dryer, plus the complex has washers and dryers.

Convenient parking in front of our condo, no need to go through main complex to enter. You can also park in our underground parking.

Cable TV with DVR (two flat screen TVs. One in the living room and the other in the bedroom) and free WIFI.

Palm Springs adventure

Mary's condo was great and even better than the photos !!! The condo was super clean and very sanitary. It has a beautiful remodeled kitchen with granite counters and new appliances. It appears newly painted with fresh carpet. The second floor location has bright skylights and faces the illuminated fountain and PS Mount Jacinto mountain. It has plenty of seating and a very comfortable king bed. The main pool is resort sized, warm from the constant sunshine, with two smaller pools. Very quiet with shade from palm trees. Complex very lushly landscaped and well maintained. Main st. PS is 2-3 blocks away with outdoor restaurants open and Casino across st with low priced drinks and snacks. I highly recommend Mary's place for a PS getaway. Location is perfect, great pools, nice neighbors. We miss PS already and can't wait to return. Thanks, Mary!!!!

Fantastic October Stay

This was the first time I tried VRBO and it was wonderful. Mary’s condo was clean and comfortable and the grounds were immaculate. It was so quiet and peaceful. The location was ideal as it was so close to downtown, the airport and shopping. Palm Springs has a large variety of activities so there was always something to do. The weather was sunny everyday and I could sit outside and enjoy it. It was hard to leave and come back to snow. Mary and Susan were great and I will be going back definitely.

PSP Summer Vacation 2019

We loved every minute of our 40 day stay at this property. Beautiful and well maintained Condo Unit with everything we needed to make us comfortable. Also loved the vaulted ceiling in the main living area. Condo complex had resort feel, with awesome pools (3 total!). We also used the tennis courts and the fitness rooms. Loved that we could easily walk to Palm Canyon Drive, Casino, Move Theater, Museums, Restaurants and other attractions. Great that we could park our car out of the sun in the underground garage. We hope that we can make it back some day for another stay at this great property.

Very nice and quiet with pretty patio view of mts. Within 6-10 blocks to town. Condo fully furnished with king bed very comfortable. So enjoyed it all. Thanks Mary!! Was very restful and peaceful. Would do it again!!

Amazing place to stay

I loved Mary's place. It was cozy and extremely clean. The complex has three pools and other great amenities. Mary was lovely to work with and answered questions in a timely manner. I would definitely stay again! Also, a very convenient location, but not noisy!

My wife and I have been going to Palm springs for many years now and this year we stayed at this particular unit. Needles to say the location and the unit itself are awesome, just a few blocks to the heart of town and the unit is very well maintained. Lovely condo with all of the comforts of home

This condo was well located a short distance from the Palm Springs Strip with all of the nightlife, shopping and Dining that you could want. The complex is simply delightful, with underground parking, two pools, two hot tubs, an exercise facility, which I never actually found,and tennis courts. The kitchen is fully appointed, and equipped with everything needed to prepare meals inside.The place was very quiet an relaxing, despite the fact that we stayed during the time that the HOA had contracted to have the palm trees trimmed. In short you won't go wrong choosing to spend your stay in Palm Springs at this HomeAway.

Perfect location, great condo in on a very well kept property.

The condo is clean with all of the necessities in the kitchen. Nice patio with mountain views and in a great location just a couple blocks from the main drag. Pool area and ground of the complex are beautiful and well maintained. Mary is very responsive.

Very Comfortable Condo and Fabulous location!

I really enjoyed this sweet condo. Incredible natural light in part thanks to the clerestory windows in living room. Wonderful mountain views from the living room and large front patio! PERFECT walking location to the Spa Casino, Tropicale restaurant, Copacabana nightclub and all of downtown Palm Springs! Quiet location, with wonderful relaxing sound of the water fountain out front. The Deauville is a great complex with multiple pools, tennis courts and plenty of parking. All the comforts of home at a GREAT price!

Super Quiet Unit

Mary was very responsive to our requests. The unit was clean and very functional with most everything you need to. Being able to put our cars in the underground parking garage was wonderful as well. We will probably stay here again!

Originally from Mequon, Wisconsin and moved to San Francisco right after college. I fell in love with Northern California especially the weather. Ten years ago my parents wanted to escape the cold of Wisconsin and I suggested Palm Springs. Having only been here one other time, I remember lots of warmth and constant sunshine. We all got hooked on Palm Springs. Five years ago they bought a home in north Palm Springs and after frequent visits, I decided I wanted my own place as close to downtown as possible. I enjoy the Palm Springs Thursday night street fair and the fun, friendly and small town feel of downtown. I'm an avid pickleball and tennis players (hence the rackets for your enjoyment in the condo). I also love to hike and bike. I live in San Francisco and like to travel to Tahoe, Europe, Nantucket and pretty much any place I've yet to visit.

Why they chose this property

Proximity to downtown Palm Springs. I looked at many units and chose this one because you don't have to go through the main gates to get in. The condo has it's own private and secure door that you walk through and then you're on the patio and onto the main door. No gates, no buzzers, no hassles. Reminded me of having own casita. The view of the mountains and fountain was also a big selling point.

Can walk to all the action but yet can completely relax and feel like you are in your own little oasis when you return.
