The Mini Hyde Park is the cozier, more cost-effective version of our full Hyde Park Homestead, designed specifically with smaller groups in mind. This charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers all the character and comfort of the larger property, with just the right amount of space for a more intimate stay.

Host will not be on site during the stay but is just a phone call, text or email away.

You’ll have private access to the first and second floors, including 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen and dining area. The third floor is locked off to provide a more cost-effective option while still giving you plenty of space to spread out, relax, and enjoy.

Located in Midtown Kansas City, you're just minutes from all the best KC has to offer—including Downtown, the Plaza, Westport, Crown Center, and more.

*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. *PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) There is NOT a fully fenced yard at this property but the area is great for walking. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

Great place! Enjoyed our time in KC. Conveniently located. Very easy to get around. Great accommodations for our dog! Beautifully decorated. Peaceful neighborhood. Enjoyed the porch! Will stay with cozy in KC again! Top notch!
