Open concept, tons of seating in and out, fully loaded kitchen, we're 5 minutes to Lake Sumter and you can walk to golf.

This is a retirement community, we strive to host guests looking of a quiet, comfy, safe home providing a memorable experience with the ability to connect with one another, family & friends.

We are super strict on restricting parties.

We heat the pool to 83-ish Nov-May only. If you want the pool warmer, we charge $45 per day

Hot tub and pool are controlled remotely or by an app that gusts can download

We are big travelers and have always appreciated 5 star treatment. I am in the hospitality business for my 9-5 job and love love love our guests. We are passionate about what we do and it shows.

We have 4 adult children and a grandson. We live in Michigan and try to get to Florida as much as possible. I believe that connection is why we are on this planet. Our properties were designed around making memories, and connecting with those we love.
