About this property

All repairs/renovations to villa after 2017 hurricanes completed during 5 million dollar resort renovation. 2 BR/2 BA Sleeps 6. My villa, Nine Island Vista, is located at Point Pleasant on the East End of St. Thomas. You’ll love the tremendous views (you can see unobstructed views of nine islands from the 50' wrap-around private terrace) and being able to walk to three beaches (pineapple, sugar, coki). There is fine dining at Mirador, the resort restaurant that serves, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch and a fantastic beach bar with $5 drink specials during happy hour. Also Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville resort and bar/restaurant (our neighbor resort), has a restaurant and a great beach a short 3 minute walk away. There are 3 pools, 2 with fabulous ocean views. The villa is great for families. Two bedrooms/2 baths, 1 bath has tub/shower combination. First bedroom has a king sized bed and second bedroom has a queen sized bed. New sofa in great room is a queen sized sofa bed. Additional air mattresses if needed. The villa is located at the top of the hill affording breathtaking views of the ocean and 9 islands and cooled by gentle trade winds. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner and the great room is cooled by ocean breezes and fans if needed. Fifty foot wrap around deck for true indoor to outdoor living . Open concept for plenty of space. Three flat screen tv's. Well stocked kitchen. Beach towels, snorkeling equipment, noodles provided. All inquiries welcome--I enjoy conversing with potential guests.

Love St Thomas

Beutiful manicure peaceful grounds, amazing views, incredible balcony, superb restaurants in property, chairs, beach cooler, umbrella, did I mentioned 5 minute drive to Coki beach and epic views. Upon our arrival we had a nasty storm that knock the power and water out for most of the day and night of our first 2 days in the island. Challenging but we went to St Thomas to be at the beach not in the room so... Be mentally prepared because this things can happen in the islands, dont let then ruin your vacation 😉 The apto is spacious, comfortable, great breazes cross the rooms at all time. We absolutely loved the location, apto, host, food, everything. Power, AC, WATER, did not dim our beautiful time 3rd time in this heaven on earth. Btw, 1st time in Red Hook area, recommend👌

Great View & Location

This villa is located in Pleasant Pointe. The view is just breathtaking and enjoyable on a comfortable deck. I highly encourage you to wake up early & catch a sunrise. The fitness center is next door, and a pool just a few more feet away. This property is on a hill and I highly suggest using the shuttle service to and from the resturants, the other pools, and private beach. Villa is close to multiple beaches & resturants!!

Beautiful views!

First off, this is a hilltop villa. That’s why the views are amazing! We rented a car, and the driving around the island and the property can be a little scary, but this view was worth it! The villa is very clean, though pretty rustic. The host has really thought of everything to make life as convenient as possible for guests. It’s exactly as pictured, no surprises! As for the resort, unless you’re in very good shape and want a workout, either drive and park or use the free resort van service to go to/from the beach, beach bar, lobby, etc. It’s a very easy and quick walk to Margaritaville and the beach there, Coral World and Coki Beach. The resort’s three pools throughout the property are small but clean and well kept. The fitness center is across from the hills but has nothing except for some old rusty equipment. The fine dining restaurant on the property- Ocean 180 - was excellent!

Family Trip

This was a great trip! First time to St. Thomas and loved it! Incredibly beautiful beaches and loved where we stayed, our unit had unparalleled views. Our Vrbo host was SO helpful and provided us with tons of useful information about the island.

Great vacation spot!

We had a wonderful stay. Property was even better than expected, great view, comfortable beds, clean. Alot of steps, be prepared, it is built on the side of a hill, but thats how you get that view. Needed a getaway and this place had it all. Close to restaurants, shopping, even groceries. Had a minor issue with the electricity, but it was resolved quickly. Good communication with that issue also. We would definitely come back again.

Awesome View!

This property is on the top floor and has an awesome view of the ocean and Coki Point. We used the outside deck in the morning having our tea and at night when we got back sitting and enjoying the view. The house had anything and everything you needed. It was very quiet and peaceful here. The house came equipped with everything you need for the beach so we were able to pack snacks and drinks. The Beach Bar on the complex had good food the staff was nice. The property was convenient to Red Hook for restaurants, groceries and the Ferry going to St. John. Magens Bay and Smith Beach were close by and Saphire Beach is really close and had the best snorkling. Security on the complex was very accommodating as we arrived late and had to pick up our car rental the next day. The Security guard Shawn offered to pick us up after we got settled and drove us to the Beach Bar and picked us back up after dinner. Debby the host is very nice and provided lots of information on the Island. We had no problems at all here and our family really enjoyed this vacation. We would definitely go back again!

Fantastic terrace!

We spent a week in this Villa and were very pleased. It was as it had been represented. No surprises. Small kitchen, but we mostly ate out so wasn’t a problem. While at the Villa, other than sleeping, we spent all of our time on the terrace. I miss it already. Morning tea and evening cocktails! Beautiful sunrises. The weather was perfect for us also. We appreciated the beach chairs provided which saved us $ while on the beaches. We had our own snorkel gear, but the owners had a closet full of snorkel supplies, beach noodles and other beach toys. The owner gave us tons of information about the Villa as well as about beaches, restaurants, etc. She was extremely helpful! Most evenings were pretty quiet but a few nights there was music from neighboring Margaritaville or Coki Beach, but never past 10:00. Neighbors also were quiet. Only concern was the drive up and down the mountain to get to the Villa. It is scary, especially the 1st couple times that you do it. It does get easier, but still, go slow and be careful!!! Pools on the property were lovely, but we went to the beaches. The restaraunt on the property was very expensive and we passed on that. St Thomas is very expensive. Groceries, drinks, gas, pretty much everything, so prepare yourself for that. But it was gorgeous and we had a wonderful week!!

A Relaxing Time Away

The view from the property is breathtaking. We had great weather and enjoyed many of the amenities on the property. We walked over to Corki Beach, which is a local hang out. It looked a little rough, but had not problems with anything. We made sure to be back by dusk. We did not have a vehicle, which made it a bit difficult to get groceries, so we ate out mostly. Everything there is on the side of a cliff. I have better leg tone since staying there! There is a shuttle that will take you along the property, but we chose to walk. Our host was marvelous and communicated quickly when I had questions.

Three days in St Thomas

Great location and good amenities at the resort. Easy walk to Coki beach. Had no car but enough to do right on the resort! Good restaurants, three pools and shuttle bus service.

Beautiful Get a Way !!

Point Pleasant suffered from the 2017 Storms, but has come ROARING back! The staff, the pools, the lower restaurant, the UNIT we stayed in, and of course the LOCATION, were all just wonderful in their own unique ways! Our host could not have been more helpful in sending us information on beaches, things to do, getting around and the uniqueness / casualness of the unit. We took in Maegan's Bay beach, Lindquist beach and spent one day in St John, visiting MAHO Bay beach and Cinnamon Bay beach, and ALL were beautiful. Thanks Deb and Melissa for being SO helpful and attentive to us! Have a Wonderful 2024!

The VIEWS!!!

Absolutely Perfect! The apartment is on the top floor and it has a balcony with large glass sliding doors. I watched the sun rise and sunset from my balcony. The rooms are clean and cool quickly. The kitchen is fully stocked. The staff was friendly and the location seemed in the middle of everything we wanted...super easy stay. Thank you so much, I hope to come back. I didn't even mind being in the kitchen on holiday because the views were heavenly.

Nice Apartment

Best views in the whole complex. It’s up a big hill, but the walk it totally worth it. There is also a resort shuttle that will take you, but we didn’t use it. The property was as advertised. There was some general wear and tear but it was clean and bug free. We especially enjoyed the hilltop pool that was just steps away from the property.

Breathtaking! Pictures can’t capture the beauty!

From beginning to end host Debra and property manager Melissa provided outstanding service and communication! Upon booking I received a plethora of great and helpful information about the unit, the resort and the area. Debra answered all of my questions and then some regarding transportation, driving, restaurants, shopping, etc. The condo was AMAZING with breathtaking with sweeping views that you just can’t capture in photos. It was also very well equipped, very comfortable, very clean and just beautifully decorated and warm. We were thrilled walking into the unit with Wow moments inside and out. We had questions about the ac units and Melissa was immediately responsive and helpful in making sure we were comfortable and happy. We didn’t get to try the restaurants on site due to our own timing but Oceans180 looked spectacular setting and menu-wise. This is a very cool resort with 3 lovely view pools (loved sunset at the middle pool), a little nature trail and a fun “secret” path to an incredible private beach. We WILL absolutely be back! Wonderful

The view was amazing. The property had beach chairs, floaties and snorkeling equipment available which was great since we had rented a Jeep. The sink was stopped up on our first use but the manager responded immediately and had it fixed in a couple of hours. Great communication with Debra, the villa owner. She was so nice and had a long list of recommendations of things to do and places to eat, along with everything you’d need to know while visiting St. Thomas. She emailed me weeks before our arrival with all of the information we would need. Overall it was a fabulous trip and I would recommend this place to stay.

I am very new to renting my condo -- I only just started listing it in January 2017! I am a retired mother of 4 from Kansas. I went to St. Thomas on a relaxing getaway in February, 2016 and fell in love with the island. On a whim decided to look at some condos for sale and fell in love with my unit the moment I stepped foot inside. At the time I had no intention of buying but I just couldn't help it. Everything about the villa and the surrounding area is fantastic, from the view (which is magnificent), to the spa literally across the way to the on-site restaurant to the three beaches walkable from the condo. I hope you enjoy the place as much as I do!

The villa is privately owned, but located within Point Pleasant Resort, which is a friendly, lovely resort with many amenities including 3 swimming pools, a beach bar, fine dining restaurant, nature trail, coin operated laundry, water sports, and soon to open spa/fitness center. The view from the deck is truly breathtaking. The villa is spacious, fully stocked, including 4 sets of snorkeling equipment. It is perfect for families and small groups of friends.
