The house has an excellent location by being located only the footsteps from the best beaches in Dubrovnik, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stations ( it takes 10 minutes by direct bus to get to the Old Town or 5 minutes by cheap Uber taxi).
The house has a very convenient access ( no steps required to access the house- only few steps required to access the apartments).
It has nice stone terrace with barbecue area and beautiful garden. The terrace has a sitting area for up to 10 people.
