The apartment is situated in one of the most perfect locations in Lagos. Bars and restaurants are in the vicinity of the apartment, which is also across the road from the award winning Marina de Lagos where there are many bars and restaurants. It is also across the road from the Saturday market where traders sell there locally produced goods, and 5 minutes walk from the historic Lagos centre.
There are three bedrooms which accomodates up to 5 persons and has a small patio and also a medium sized terrace to sit out on during warm summer evenings.

I have lived here for 17 years and Lagos is an excellent place to eat out, go to see entertainment and the Avenida, which follows the River Bensafrim is a joy to walk down. I have gained many friends here and I consider myself very fortunate to be able to live here.
Why they chose this property
ust about everything you need is a short walk away. The marina is across the road from the apartment and Lagos centre is barely 5 minutes walk. The bus station is 150 metres away and the railway station is 300 metres from the apartment. There is a bus stop right outside the door.
What makes this property unique
Obviously being close to the centre of town, it is quite busy, especially during the summer months. All the windows are double glazed to keep the cool in during the summer and the heat in during the winter, as I have a Daikin air conditioning system in each of the rooms.
