April Vacation

Very nice house, centrally located, close to water and beach. Clearwater Beach was very crowded for the first 2 weeks of April, settled down around the 3rd week of the month. One was able to walk to almost any location. Elevator had issues, but the view was great from each balcony.

All around the perfect vacation.

We immediately felt at home. The condo was supplied with everything we needed the kitchen wasn’t missing anything that a person would need if they wanted to cook their meals. The location is perfect. The dolphins come by daily. It’s a very relaxing spot. The manager is wonderful if you have any questions. It’s was a great month.

Gorgeous Townhouse with all mod cons near the beach

Had a lovely stay at this property with my family. It had everything you need apart from a few extra channels on the TV. That said that was the only negative. Couldn’t fault anything with this house and we have stayed at a lot in Clearwater Beach over the years. I am hoping we will be able to stay there again soon. The owner Julie was very quick at replying when I had any questions. It was a great help to have the lift as that helped my mother-in-law get about so much easier. The view off the balconies and roof were amazing. We often saw dolphins go past, 1 with her baby, which was so cute. I will definitely try and get in here again next time we visit

Location and Home Were Perfect!

We’ve rented many homes during our travels and this home was one of the best! Comfy beds, room darkening curtains, well appointed kitchen, awesome outdoor spaces/furniture, washer/dryer, large garage, etc.... the owner spared no expense to ensure guests have a great experience. The beach, restaurants, shops, and fun activities are all a short 5-10 minute walk yet the location of the house is very quiet. The owner and property manager are fabulous and fast to respond to all inquiries. We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat!

The area has many areas of entertainment within walking distance

The condo is very nicely decorated and has a kitchen well stocked for cooking. The amenities are not inexpensive or resale items. Well worth the cost. Also area has many restaurants and entertainment all within walking distance so seldom have to enter traffic. It’s a beautiful area.

Stunning property perfect location

Fantastic Clearwater Townhome!!

We really enjoyed our month at 161 Brightwater. It was so nice to find a beach unit with a boat lift. The home was breathtaking and so very comfortable and we had no issues staying the entire month. Really enjoyed having dinner on the terrace each night and boating whenever we wanted.. Our kids enjoyed fishing off the dock just about every night. Make sure to bring bikes or rent them so that you can get around like the locals. We will definitely be back.!! The owner and managing agent were fantastic to deal with. This townhome is by far the best place we have found on the beach.

Absolutely the best we have ever rented

The townhome felt like home away from home. Everything was quality not second hand items thrown together. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking items, and service items. The area was perfect, within walking distance to beach, restaurants, and entertainment. We hardly ever had to take the cars out of the garage. We loved greeting mornings on the deck off the living room and getting together for cocktails on the roof deck in the evening to watch sunsets and look at cityscapes. The elevator made going up and down much easier when doing laundry. This is truly a home away from home and a gem. We are very grateful to the owner and property manager for a beautiful and comfy townhome

Floridian Paradise

This gorgeous space is so beautifully decorated that we felt right at home when we first opened the door! Everything you need in the kitchen, a chef's dream. In the baths, there are a few necessities to start off your vacation here! The outdoor spaces are wonderful to have for morning coffee and in the evening chatting with friends and family over dinner with cocktails! We spent ALOT of time on the patio because of the beautiful view and tropical breezes!!!Best of all the top deck is great to relax by day or stargaze late at night! There are grills available but we did not get a chance to use them. The beds were comfortable and LOTS of storage space in the rooms too! Also, it was extremely helpful to have the use of washer and dryer. This condo is impeccably cared for by the owners and Tom B, their local contact person, is extremely helpful with anything you may need or questions you may have about the condo or the area! Our grand kids caught fish off the dock the few days they were here, easy to get a fishing license. Since is is Just about 5-7 minute walk to Clearwater Beach, we walked along the beach almost every morning and again for gorgeous sunsets! It was truly paradise for the month we spent here on this quiet cul de sac only steps from the busy beach. Yet, so close you could be involved with whatever you wanted to along the beach! Wonderful Clearwater Home

What an incredible holiday we had in this beautiful home, we really couldn’t believe we were lucky enough to be staying here. We did have slight reservations as it’s the first time we’ve done a rental like this, we usually go for hotels but even in a penthouse suite we wouldn’t have got space & facilities like this. Our favourite part was sitting out on the outdoor terrace by the water having coffee or evening drinks, we were absolutely ecstatic to have dolphins come visit 5 times during our stay! The rooftop area was just perfect for relaxing in the sun & although the pool isn’t the biggest it was perfect for a quick swim & dip to cool down. Being able to walk out to the beach & all the bars & restaurants was just perfect. We can’t wait to come back to Clearwater Beach & to this amazing home, just wonderful!

Fantastic!

We weren't quite sure where to stay while exploring Clearwater beach and decided on this unit. We are so glad we did. It by far exceeded our expectations. Very clean and nicely furnished. We had everything we needed for our stay. We were within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Your home was not only lovely but very relaxing. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the boat dock and the rooftop deck is amazing. Will definitely be back.
