Our Oasis in Desert Falls

Summary:
Stylish, peaceful oasis in the desert. Escape to the world of music, mountains, pools, golf and every festival & event under the sunshine. Then relax at the exclusive Desert Falls Country Club gated resort community with access to its 34 pools and spas, sparkling fitness center and social club, and of course the highly rated golf course. Our place was recently beautifully renovated, and has gorgeous balcony views of the 7th & 8th fairways with the desert mountains beyond.

The Space:
Beautifully renovated private condo with view of 7th & 8th fairway of Desert Falls course. Spacious primary bedroom has king bed, two large closets, dressers, TV, and expansive ceramic tile bathroom with dual vanity sinks. Second bedroom is well appointed including queen bed, TV, large closet and dressers; can be arranged as very comfortable office space. Living room has queen size pullout bed inside modern couch, wet bar, gas fireplace, large TV and board games/sitting area.

Guest Access:
Whole home is yours and comes with access to the beautiful Desert Falls CC community, pools & spas, fitness center and social lounge

The Neighborhood:
This quiet community feels like a private oasis in the heart of Palm Desert, but is close to everything the desert has to offer!

Going to Coachella or Stagecoach? We are less than 1 mile from the nearest shuttle stop at the Courtyard Palm Desert.

Acrisure arena is less than 10 minutes away- perfect for catching a Coachella Valley Firebirds hockey game or watching your favorite musician in an intimate, state of the art arena.

Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage is less than 10 minutes away.

Getting Around:
Attached garage and driveway has ample parking. Please drive safely through the community with an eye out for joggers, pedestrians, and golf carts.
