Located 15 minutes from the beaches of the Gulf of Follonica and 20 minutes from the historic village of Massa Marittima, Casale Vigna Carbona enjoys an ideal position to enjoy all the beauties of this area of ​​the Maremma. Casale Vigna Carbona is made up of four buildings in stone or natural material immersed in the greenery of a centuries-old olive grove with a seasonal swimming pool dedicated to guests seeking tranquility and contact with nature. The apartments with one or two bedrooms offer all the comforts: equipped kitchenette complete with refrigerator with negative compartment and dishwasher, bathroom with shower and bidet, outdoor area or terrace equipped with table and chairs. Parking, laundry (some apartments have their own washing machine internally) and umbrellas and sunbeds around the pool are available to guests. The entire area is covered by free Wi-Fi.

Super Familienurlaub !!!

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern im Sommerurlaub hier und es war alles perfekt. Die Unterkunft, der Swimmingpool, das Meer nicht weit entfernt, die toskanischen Wochenmärkte, romantische Bergdörfer in unmittelbarer Nähe mit authentischen Restaurants. Der Besitzer Luigi gibt gerne Tipps - Grazie mille Luigi :-)

Schöne Wohnung mit freundlichem Gastgeber

Wir waren hier Anfang der Saison im April. Wohnung hatte einen Kaminofen der selbst bei kälteren Nächten angenehm wärmt. Außerdem gab es extra Daunendecken vom Gastgeber. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen und im Sommer bestimmt noch netter mit sonnigem Pool direkt hinter dem Haus. Für die ganz warmen Nächte im Sommer gibt es sogar Klima in den Schlafräumen.

Ein schöner Ort für entspannte Menschen!

Wer Ruhe, Entspannung, eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre, Toskana pur, enge Anbindung an die Natur, Grillenzirpen, Sonne, sternenklare Nächte und noch viel mehr Urlaubsfeeling sowie schöne Momente sucht - ist dort genau richtig. Wir waren mit Freunden und drei kleinen (bis etwas größeren) Kindern in der Vigna Carbona zu Gast und haben vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag dort eine sehr schöne & entspannte Zeit verbracht. Die Ferienwohnungen sind liebevoll restauriert und hergerichtet. Das Grundstück, die Wohnungen und der Poolbereich sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Um all das und die Grünanlagen kümmert sich der Besitzer Luigi täglich nahezu auch selbst. Darüber hinaus ist er extrem freundlich und jederzeit offen für Fragen in Bezug auf Unternehmungen, naturbelassene Strände, leckeres essen und sogar für die richtige Krankenversorgung (was ja leider auch mal Thema sein kann). Das alles auch nur wenn man den Kontakt möchte - ansonsten kann man sich dort auch einfach ungestört zurückziehen.

Wir haben hier zwei wundervolle Wochen mit unseren drei Kindern (5J, 4J und 5M) verbracht und haben uns sehr gut erholt! Der Vermieter ist unglaublich gastfreundlich und stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, egal ob es sich um Ausflugsziele, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurant-Empfehlungen handelte. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Anche quest'anno io e mio marito abbiamo scelto questa location per le nostre vacanze come, d'altra parte, tutti gli ospiti presenti nello stesso periodo a parte un gruppo familiare per cui è stata la prima volta. Il posto è veramente bello, la pulizia ineccepibile, in una campagna fuori da strade e traffico immersi nella massima tranquillità. Si riesce a tagliare fuori il mondo e il suo stress. Verde paesaggio di campagna, una bella piscina , gatti, cani e cavalli. Una vera ricreazione mentale. Facilitati dalla conoscenza reciproca abbiamo passato due settimane in un'atmosfera conviviale mettendo in comune saperi e sapori. Italiani e stranieri , ci siamo capiti perchè il terreno comune era il reciproco piacere di stare in campagna, l'amore per gli animali e la natura, le gite ai borghi medievali, i giri in bicicletta e le passeggiate per le dolci colline dei dintorni e lungo i sentieri sterrati tra ulivi e boschi. I bambini potevano giocare, divertirsi fuori da ogni pericolo, erano veramente liberi. Il gestore , Luigi, è persona seria, motivata, comprensiva, simpatica. Ha partecipato volentieri alle iniziative comuni, come la cena di ferragosto a base di ruole di lasagne alla bolognese , grigliata dell'ottima carne toscana, sushi giapponese, salsine venezuelane, di tutto e di più. Grazie Luigi !!!! Abbiamo già opzionato per l'anno prossimo.....

Questa e' stata proprio la nostra vacanza ideale... Un posto magico, rilassante, che fa sentire in pace con se stessi e in armonia con la natura.. Non dimenticheremo mai il profumo degli oleandri, i nostri compagni di viaggio, i colori dei fiori, il gusto e la ricerca dei particolari di stile che Luigi, il proprietario, tanto ha curato. Per non parlare di whisky, cane affettuoso e dei simpaticissimi gatti che ci hanno allietato ogni giorno... Insomma... Un posto da vedere, vivere, gustare, assaporare assolutamente almeno una volta nella vita... Noi ci ritorneremo di sicuro... Ci ritroveremo per i nostri caffè Luigi! "Vacanza ideale per chi deve rilassarsi. Il contesto è molto gradevole . Tutto molto ben curato. Gli appartamenti sono disposti in modo da avere uno spazio esterno per pranzo/relax che però riesce a mantenere la privacy di ognuno. La mobilia è di buon gusto e piacevole anche dal punto di vista estetico. La piscina è grande e pulita. Il proprietario sig. Luigi è persona simpatica e molto attenta alla manutenzione del luogo. Gli animali stanziali , cani , gatti, anche loro sono molto socievoli, sono abituati a ricevere cure affettuose sia dal proprietario sia dai turisti. Noi contiamo di ritornare in futuro come la maggior parte degli altri turisti incontrati in questo luogo i quali da anni passano qui le loro vacanze"
