We are artists/professors, so the house is full eclectic things. This is our permanent home that we rent it out while we are gone for the summers, so It is very important that whoever rents understands that the house is special. It is an old home, so the floors slope and the ceilings are low and the steps are VERY steep. It is not a slick modernized home, but it has loads of charm and character.
