Modern, light filled townhouse with high ceilings and reclaimed wood accents adorn this 3BR/2.5BA oasis! Fast Wi-Fi, utilities included, furnished rooftop deck & garage w/bike storage. Across from walking & bike trails; quick stroll to Seattle Children's hospital, restaurants, shops. Minutes to UW shopping Village and UW stadium! 30+ day rentals only. 1st level: A separate bedroom with queen sized bed, desk, chair and closet; this room can also be used as a separate office for remote working.
2nd level: Loft like living space with high ceilings, airy picturesque windows in Living room and kitchen area; includes large smart TV, kitchen has large eat-in breakfast bar island, a separate bistro set, desk and office chair with and half bathroom off to the side. Kitchen is equipped with kitchenware essentials for cooking and baking.
3rd level: 2 Bedrooms. Each bedroom has separate bathrooms. Master BR has queen sized bed & en-suite bathroom, separate smart TVs in each bedroom and heating units. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin trundle beds that can be easily converted to 1 King sized bed and bathroom. Each bedroom and bathroom equipped with bed and bath linens and smart TVs providing access to popular streaming services. Stackable Washer & dryer, access to private patio and rooftop deck on this level.
Easy keyless access with door entry codes provided upon check-in.

Lovely neighborhood with a mix of single family homes and newer townhomes, local shops, restaurants, breweries and retail stores. Personal services such as: banks, nail salon, supermarkets, coffee shops and hardware stores.
Free street parking in front and back of townhome. Public bus across the street, Seattle Sound Transit (0.6 miles away). Zip Car and bike rentals available to rent.
Smart TVs allowing access to many channels, and several streaming services with guest log in credentials (e.g. Netflix, HULU, Disney+), etc.
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING. BOOKING A RESERVATION MEANS YOU HAVE READ & AGREE TO ALL OF THE POLICIES BELOW:
1.【NO PARTIES OR LARGE EVENTS】
For the safety and comfort of our neighbors, absolutely no loud parties and/or large gatherings are allowed in the townhouse. We will contact VRBO to force evacuation of such party groups based on VRBO policy. $300+ fines will automatically be charged for violation.
2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-7AM】
The quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am. Our goal is to provide a comfortable Seattle experience for our guests without disturbing our neighbors. Please adhere to those rules.
3.【NO SMOKING】
ABSOLUTELY no smoking, no vaping of any kind, in or around the townhouse. If any signs of smoking, vaping, etc. are detected, booked guests automatically agree to pay a $350.00 violation fee which will be automatically charged.
4.【NO ANIMALS】
WE LOVE OUR FURRY FRIENDS BUT - This property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly. Please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you for the safety and health of our future guests; we would like to consistently provide a pet free, dander free home. Also note if an unauthorized animal is discovered to have been in the home, we will charge a non-refundable additional cleaning fee of $350.00 and if it is discovered during your stay, immediate removal or booking will be cancelled for the remainder of the stay. All booked guests agree to these rules during the entire length of their stay.
5. 【NO SHOES INSIDE THE HOME】
Please kindly remember to remove your shoes when you enter the house.
6.【Self Catering】
This home is for long-term stays of 30 days or more and as such, it is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply of basic items such as toilet paper, etc. However, extra household supplies for use by guests will need to be purchased by our guests at your own cost.
7.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-ins if requested at least 36 hours in advance of move in, and if the unit is available and vacant and move-in ready prior to move-in. There will be an early check-in fee of $50 for such request and decisions are based on if the home is available. Availability is based on guests checking out in enough time to get the home ready for guest turnover, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis.
8.【NO late check-out】
Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check outs unless scheduled and approved 48 hours in advance, since we usually have same day check-ins, and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to clean the house for the next guests.
9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Garbage and recycle (every other Monday) are picked up on MONDAYS. Please sort out garbage and recycle items, properly tie up trash bags and dispose in the appropriate garbage, recycle and yard waste bins outside. If you are not sure, check the pictures on each of the bins to determine what items go in which bins.
10. 【Lost & Found】
Prior to check out, please check around the house and take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge approximately $50 handling fee + the shipping fee cost (a receipt will be gladly provided) to get it shipped back to you.
