What a great spot! It is a hidden gem with little density. The lake is large enough for you to swim, boat, ski, fish, ice fish. There are areas that are over 60' deep and the lake boasts White Fish, Pickerel, Perch and the Sask. favortite Northern Pike. Big fish are rare but every year boasts some 8 to 12 lb jacks, lots of small jacks to keep dad busy with the net and the good fishermen will get thier enjoyment working the shelves and hidden spots for Walleye.

This cabin / lake experiance comes with all the amenities and toys you will need.

The cabin is fully modernized so you wont miss the city amenities while you enjoy a complete vacation experiance. In addition to a 1200 sq ft cabin, there are seperate quarters for your guests with a bunky and trailer on site.

The cabin has just been upgraded and is set up with heat and AC, well water, laundry, a full bath with tub / shower. A modern kitchen, Starlink with 2 TVs with basic channels, and a cell tower within 1 mile.

Your basic needs are looked after with condiments, coffee, bathing and bathroom needs, towels, bedding and more.

The outside is amazing! With a great fire pit, hot tub, large decks, huge gazebo, and for your lake experience; you can use a small pontoon with a trolling motor, kayak, paddle boat, basic fishing gear and more. For your land experience there is hiking, a private beach volleyball court with great sand for the kids to play in. Check out the giant pitate ship play structure with swings, a gang plank, climbing wall, firemans pole and private hide outs. For the adults there is vollyball, spike ball, beer pong, outdoor darts, giant jenga, can jam, washeroo and more. If somehow you get bored just park in a lounge chair and enjoy the fresh air, the sun, and most of all the quiet times away from the day to day pressures of life.

For your protection and site security, there are Security Cameras on site. Three outside and one that is in the utility room, nothing that will risk your privacy.

We recently renovated this property. We have owned the property since 2003 and it is a special place. Making memories has always been our goal and we hope you can have those same type of memories as we have had.

Why they chose this property

Pratt ( Jimmy ) Lake is a quiet sanctuary. The fact that it has a split name ( Pratt vs Jimmy ) has sheltered it from the public at large. The lake has had a Stantec study done and as a result there is a limit on development which further adds to the seclusion. On a busy day there are 3 to 4 boats in our bay!

The area to our north is a wilderness reserve, To our south there are 5 cabins in our immediate area, then a wilderness area, the another small group of aproximately 20 cabins. After that a large uninhabited area. In total there are aproximately 50 cabins and no public camp grounds. We have 2 boat launches and what we have the biggest supply of is peacefull living!

What makes this property unique

Everything we could think of that would make memories for our family and especially the grandkids has been added. There is so much here and pictures and descriptions can't paint the whole picture. I encourage you to visit before you book; I would be suprised if that did not close the deal.

Bears Live Here!

So it is a cabin and we hope you enjoy a modern setting amoungst the wilderness. We have a variety of birds, squirrels, mice, rabbits, deer, beavers, otters, and fish. We even have small black bears in the area but they are not a bother if you keep your garbage and food stored properly.

"Bears Live Here!" is our theme. When we first bought this paradise we fell into a trap of cooks being cooks, fixers being fixers and yards being cared for by whoever was best to do those jobs. NOT FAIR!!

Your opportunity is to follow our "Bears Live Here Rules"; Three Bear Famillies; Care Bears / Polar Bears / Grizzlies. Everyones name goes into a hat and the families are chosen. A lead bear for each assigned. Each Bear family rotates each day through "Cook" " Cabin" "Yard" duties. all the rules and daily duties are available for you to follow > If you wish to.
