Simonstown is a quaint seaside village with loads of historical value as well as a functioning Naval Base. There is golf course a 15 minute drive away.
There is easy access to transport & Uber. There is a train that is on the doorstep that can take you on a scenic trip to Cape Town.
The apartment is in the heart of Simons Town overlooking the Navy Harbor with spectacular views of the surrounding coastal towns including Kalk Bay where you can buy fresh fish daily from the local fisherman. Visit Boulders Beach where the famous colony of African Penguins can be viewed . Cape Point is 24km away just a short trip. 38 Km to the mother city Cape Town, 10 minutes’ walk to the Seaforth Beach and Restaurant.
