Our 2 bedroom/2 bath, beach front, light filled condo has tropical feel. Our loft style condo is steps to Charley Young Beach. Spectacular views from the lanai and the master loft. Listen to the waves crashing in the master loft in a King bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The sofa also has a queen sleeper. Cook your favorite meals in a well equipped kitchen with all the feeling of home. Unit is equipped with beach towels, extra linens, and washer/dryer for your convenience.

Secluded and quiet, you'll find our Hawaiian vacation condo rental in the heart of Kihei, steps from restaurants and shopping, on the sunny and dry south side of Maui, 25 minutes from the airport and 35 minutes from Lahaina and Kaanapali. We are literally steps from the beach and offer reserved, covered parking outside your door.

The best location in Kihei!

We loved staying here. This is the perfect spot for easy access to Charley Young Beach. The sunsets are incredible and we got to watch the moon set in the morning. Highly recommend this rental.

Absolute Heaven

Second floor unit with a view that cannot be exaggerated. Stunning! We did not cook but the kitchen was well stocked. Private access to the beach was so convenient and exactly what I’d hoped for. Our teenager could run off on his own but still be easily spotted from our lanai. The reef nearby provided endless hours of wonderful snorkeling and we felt so lucky to have had several turtles swimming alongside us! Host communication was exceptional. We will be booking again as often as we can!

Great place

We loved our place. Had everything we needed. Washer and dryer was a big plus. The location was so convenient to everything. Could lay in bed in the loft and see the ocean. The sunsets from the view off the patio were spectacular. Would highly recommend this condo. Well worth the cost. Can sleep 6, we had 4 adults staying there. So glad we chose it. Great memories.

Sunset Views

We’ve been coming to Kihei for a few years and have always wanted to stay in these condos at our favourite beach. It didn’t disappoint. Wonderful to sit and have breakfast looking out to the beach and then a sundowner watching the sunset. Condo was clean and had everything we needed including equip for the beach. Would definitely stay again. We even asked to stay for one more night and they made it very easy for us to book.

Kamaole one Heaven

This is the second time we stayed in this unit. It is still wonderful…the location is fantastic. Yes, it is not as fancy and updated as other units, (our family was in another unit in same complex). Adjusted check in times would better, 4 was a bit late and 10 a bit early. Communion with Brittany was great. Look forward to returning again. Aloha.

The place was perfect for our family of four. Can't beat the location... convenient to all parts of the island & right on the beach. Loved waking up to the view & sounds of the ocean. It had all that we needed for making breakfast every morning (eggs & Spam!). Saw turtles while snorkeling over near the rocks. Walkable distance to downtown & our surfing lessons. Thank you!

Graduation trip

Our 2 kids had just graduated from college, so we wanted to take them to Maui. Condo location was perfect, about 75 yards from the beach. Condo was excellent, couldn’t have asked for better place for us. Highly recommend and will stay there again.

Perfect for a family

Fantastic location-Nice sandy beach on front and they have 4 beach chairs beach towels and a umbrella. so cool to watch the sunset from the balcony. It was nice to walk to a few small shops. And it was short drive to a big grocery store and lots of good restaurants. Glad there was air conditioning! It was a comfortable place to stay and quiet too!! We loved Maui and Kihei!

It’s all about the location

This is great beach, and the property couldn’t be better located. The location and views are excellent. That said, this is what you’re paying for. It’s an older property that’s poorly insulated for noise, and the hvac system is particularly loud. There is nothing upscale about the interior, and it has NOT been completely remodeled, as described. And strangely, this is the only VRBO we’ve ever been to that had no instructions on how to use the TV. I finally figured it out, but it should be a given.

Absolutely perfect

This unit exceeded our expectations. It was more than we expected. I almost hate to give it a good review because I want it to be available for our next adventure. 😁 The beach being right there was absolutely amazing and it’s close to good food. I definitely recommend the Lava Rock and if you take your family, get ahold of Wailea Photo to have family pictures done. They are amazing. The only bad thing I have to say is I had to leave.

This condo is right on the beach, which is absolutely lovely. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and the price was reasonable. The AC went out during our stay & the property manage, Brittany, was very responsive and had it repaired within a day. However, the check in process was not managed well. I did not hear from Brittany about how to check in until 4 hours before I could check in. I flew to Maui without having check in information, which was unprofessional property management. Otherwise, you can't beat the location of this condo and beach!!
