Inside, you'll find 12-foot ceilings, new terracotta flooring, granite countertops, and upgraded amenities throughout. The living room and primary bedroom both offer expansive Gulf views, with sliding glass doors leading to the private balcony where you can take in the scenic beauty.

The condo is equipped with modern conveniences, including a fully stocked kitchen and a dining room with additional bar seating. For entertainment, the Gulf-front living room features a new Hi-Def TV and a secure vision TV package with a variety of channels.

The primary suite features a king bed with sliding glass doors onto the balcony, a TV, and a private bath. The guest bedroom also offers a king bed, a TV, and private access to the guest bath.

Additional features include a laundry room with washer and dryer, a pantry closet, and a large beachfront balcony with two chaise loungers and a table with four chairs—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.
