Wonderful experience

The property had everything we needed and more. The condo is well equipped. The rental agents are extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW

By far the best view we have had at South Seas. Condo was well equipped with everything you needed. Only one negative thing was the floors being dirty. They appeared to be dust mopped but needed a good cleaning with a wet mop. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great condo in Marco Island

This is a nicely updated condo in the living room and kitchen. Spacious and clean. Bathrooms good but this place would be a 5+ with some bathroom updating. Great balcony and view of the beach. Walk to beachfront is a bit long but we knew that up front. Only negative was wagon for hauling beach gear didn’t collapse fully and made the closet tight.

Comfortable condo

This is an updated condo that meets all your needs while being pretty and comfortable. Walk across the sand to the water is grueling for older adults. Bistro tables and chairs on lanai are made for very long legged people.

Lovely Condo!

Everything about this rental was perfect! The condo had everything we needed for the week! Everyone was so friendly and the property and rental were very clean and secure. The walk to the beach is quite long but overall it was a great experience!

The beach is very far. Construction work was very noisy

Not enough beach towels. TV didn't work good in the living room. You have to share and pay for laundry all time staying. Registration fee is additional $100. The beds in kids room way to small for kids and not safe for little kids...not a practical size mattresses. The bedroom bed not facing ocean view. The view from the balcony is great!

Awesome vacation

We loved everything about the unit, perfect location, gorgeous views, beach walks and ocean swims the best!! Only thing was the coffee pit does not work, so no coffee from the regular Mr. Coffee. Also one of the umbrellas had a broken tilting lock so it did not stand straight up, only in tilted position.. Highly recommend thus unit !!!

Perfect Getaway Condo with the best view.

This was the perfect Condo with the most beautiful views. The property was meticulously clean and beautifully decorated with so many inspiring messages framed. It was extremely well equipped with everything that one would need for a week stay or longer. We had such a fantastic and relaxing time. Loved it !

Great condo!

This condo is very comfortable and it’s very well equipped. It has everything you can think of - beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. My husband and I had a great time. We’ll be back soon!

Very nice place with some initial shortcomings that were fixed.

This is a very nice place. However, the instructions for entering and parking didn't work because the building office was closed for the weekend due to a staff shortage. The air conditioning did not work properly, but was fixed as soon as possible. Fortunately, it was not hot until after AC was fixed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the unit! Clean, well stocked, very organized. The only thing that we would've liked was more beach chairs. There were plenty of camping type chairs, but only 2 beach chairs that sat low to the sand, and one of those was broken. We had to keep reattaching the arm to the frame with the loose screw. We made do and still had a great time. The view from the patio was stunning. Easy walk to the beach. Management company was very responsive and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

Several buttons on the TV remote in the living room were not functional. Sliding door handle in living room needs to be tightened.We were uncertain how to reset the AC after maintenance. For us, instructions were not clear enough.

Reserving the condo, communicating with property management company, and check-out were great and easy. The downside of the property was the quarter-mile walk to get to the beach. On our rental agreement, parking was listed as $25 for the week. When we checked in at the office, we had to pay $50.
