Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/3 baths recently updated luxury penthouse condominium. The master bedroom is spectacular with a new king size bed. The 2 guest rooms have new King-sized beds and both rooms eloquently decorated. The spacious great room has some of Marco Island's best views of the Gulf of Mexico's sunsets and the Marco River. The world-class kitchen and dining room are all apart of the great room, so everybody is apart of the fun. Situated near where the Marco River flows into the Gulf of Mexico, guests can enjoy outstanding views all day and later watch the sunset from the big wrap-around lanais.

Spend the day away, enjoying Marco's beautiful crescent beach a short distance away. Fine and fun restaurants, beaches, boating, shopping and sightseeing are all just minutes away. 4 restaurants on-site.

Marco Penthouse

Two couples enjoyed the spacious and beautiful penthouse. We had morning coffee on the expansive balcony as well as watched the beautiful sunset at night. The property was well appointed and we enjoyed staying in Old Marco.

Great condo with nice view and amenities

We loved staying at this penthouse condo! 3 king size beds, comfortable furniture. Wonderful view from large windows and screened in porch. Also nice to have a rental that provided more than 1 roll of toilet paper, paper towel, detergent pod, etc. We used the pool and enjoyed the nearby restaurants. Great location! We hope to return again!

Great penthouse with wonderful view

We loved being able to walk to lunch and/or dinner. While the kitchen was a chef’s dream. The allure of fresh caught seafood was too good to resist. Watching NCAA tournament on the big screen tv also made the day. Would loved to have more instructions if we wanted to use the stereo system . But thinking back, we just enjoyed relaxing, reading, watching the boats probably kept us from missing anything. I do,recommend this condo

Beyond Wonderful!

We walked in the door and were aghast at how great it was! The pictures are great on VRBO and in person, they do not do it justice! If this is open to rent, DO IT! It far exceeded our expectations and we hope to come back again someday. Very clean, up to date, and well kept property.

Amazing & Spacious Penthouse Condo

Exception condo with nice views of the water. The owner provided everything we needed including new beach chairs and cooler. There were fresh flowers waiting for us when we arrived which was very nice. Absolutely loved all the restaurants Bob recommended. Our favorites being the French, Bistro Soleil, Merck’s and the Italian, Sale et Pepe. One recommendation concerning the beach. Plan on driving to South Beach not far from Cape Marco. There is a parking lot here ($15) We had a difficult time finding a space. However, have someone drop you off w/ your beach items. Then go park. We found this area of the beach easy to access with public bathrooms, drinks and food nearby. The other public beach access points either did not have these facilities or you had to walk 1/4 mile to get back to them. This was difficult for us having someone with recent knee replacement. Thanks to the owners for providing a wonderful vacation destination for us.

Great Water Views

We loved our stay at this beautiful penthouse! This rental has everything you'll need for an amazing vacation on Marco Island. It's within walking distance to many restaurants. The views of the water from the rental are incredible. The screened in porch and the uncovered balcony, which both get plenty of sun, were our favorite features! The property manager, Bob, was very accommodating. We highly recommend this property!

Pictures do not do this justice. This is a very well appointed Penthouse. It is in a great location with wonderful ocean views. Most importantly, the host is very responsive and helpful. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing property and great location!

This rental did not disappoint. It’s is as beautiful as it’s pictures and the location is just perfect. We hope to return and rent again. The owners are gracious and their property is welcoming, like a home away from home. The property manager was helpful for anything we needed. If we had one complaint, it would be about the property staff intruding on us more than once. This had nothing to do with the owners, management, or VRBO. This was the issue of the on-site staff. However, the property manager helped us handle everything, and overall our stay was relaxing and restful. Thanks so much for sharing your piece of paradise!

We had a great time staying here. The penthouse was extremely clean and had great amenities. The owners provide you with beach chairs and an umbrella so don’t pay the high prices at the beach.

Fabulous property in heart of Olde Marco

This penthouse units is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s is a very very refined, yet warm style. The views over Marco And Collier Bays were awesome. There was a great panoramic view over all of Marco looking south from the screened balcony. It was also great being in the heart of Olde Marco and being walking distance to some of the best restaurant and entertainment on the island: The Snook Inn, Cafe De Marco, Bistro Soleil, Marek’s, etc. Breakfast or Lunch at The Smith House, only steps away, was awesome. As much as we enjoy Marco (15th trip) and all it has to offer,we really looked forward to getting back to the house each day. It was clean and very well stocked. Great Trip

We absolutely loved this property! The privacy of the balcony along with the view was fantastic. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Great access for scuba diving! The property manager was fantastic. We would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous property

Prior reviews and pictures of this property were wonderful and they certainly were true. The quality of the furnishings, the architectural layout and details, supplies available for guests and the responsiveness of Bob, the property manager, were all excellent. Although not ocean front, we really enjoyed the location and the beautiful views from the linai. We shared the unit with another couple and found the distance between bedrooms and the overall large space provided plenty of privacy and space. Hope to be back next year.

Wonderful condo, met all my expectations. The home was fully stocked with absolutely everything you could imagine. Family getaway

The penthouse was beautiful and well equipped for a family of 6 adults, beds were comfortable Views are beautiful and being walking distance to Snook Inn was just great. Snook Inn is a must stop with live music great food.. Condo is 2 1/2 bath... note that it is listed as 3 bathrooms. Property manager, Bob. Is very helpful to any needs... Highly recommend.
