Why they chose this property
It’s less than 10 miles from Magic Kingdom & Animal Kingdom. It’s less than 30 mins from Universal, Seaworld, & the New EPIC Universe coming May 22, 2025. It is quiet, gated, and family friendly community.
What makes this property unique
We have owned this property for five years. It was long-term, but we recently remodeled and converted it to short term.
