What a great view! Excellent vacation spot. 2nd time we've booked at Gulfview. Perfect for 2 adults and a child. We didn't realize it would feel smaller traveling with a teenager, though.We would definitely book again!

We have been coming to this area for over 20 yrs, worse place we have ever stayed! Dishes were nasty no coffee cups, dont waste your time. The only good thing about the unit is the balcony and view. Not worth the money!

Great location to enjoy the ocean, beach, and walking path. Some restaurants and shops within easy walking distance and others just a short drive away. The VRBO listing is accurate. Unit is not large or fancy, but we go there to enjoy the outdoors at a reasonable price! We had a nice week!

Enjoyed our stay. What a beautiful location. The beach chairs were a nice touch. Walked to some nice restaurants for dinner. Loved the view from the balcony, watched the dolphins several times. Could have used a comfortable chair. Thanks for sharing your lovely place.

property location and view were tops! Living room had a loveseat only. It was just the two of us but a sitting chair would have nice. Balcony was perfect until the A C unit kicked on. Poor choice of placement for a condensing unit. Literally right beside the sitting area. Kitchen stocked with the bare necessities, we are used to renting units with adequate cookware. Found this disappointing.

We had an issue with the door lock and was unable to initially enter the property however the property management company immediately came out and fixed the problem after that we experienced no issues. We had a great time would highly recommend this location.

This was a nice clean place to stay. Has all the things you need to get started for a vacation but you will need extra trash bags as they are not supplied. I Aldi brought extra wash cloths which was a good idea bc there were only 4. There are several steps to climb to get to the condo so you may want to consider that when booking. It was a no problem gif us but some may not like that. I was a little disappointed that you couldn’t hear the waves unless they were really crashing in. There was too much traffic buzzing up & down the road & even when there wasn’t you just couldn’t really hear the waves but you can see the r ocean pretty good. This is not a quite area either. There are close restaurants nearby & lots of dining options, shopping & excursions in the area. I would stay here again for sure!

It is a okay place but great.
Location is the best part of this rental. The rental it’s self is just okay. It was not very clean. The blankets were dirty and I couldn’t find pillow cases for the extra pillows provided. I contacted property manager about the issue and was ignored. I feel like they only replace the sheets and pillow cases from the previous guest but not the blanket or pillow shams. Dishes were left in the dish washer (unsure if clean or dirty) I don’t go on vacation to do chores. The place is not comfortable. The bed nor couch was comfortable. We had a hard time relaxing in this place.
