The house is newly built and located on a perfect sunny and quiet location along the coast, only 150 metres from the nearest beach and 1.5 km from the small village of Sveti Juraj. It consists of 8 apartments and has a large outdoor pool. Guests will appreciate an amazing view from the terrace, and will also be provided with free WiFi and private sunbeds on this apartment's terrace. The house also has a dedicated covered BBQ area that can accommodate as much as 8 people, a table tennis table and a large park. Sehr schönes Feriendomizil
Toller Urlaub! Wir haben fast 14 Tage in einer schönen Ferienwohnung in der Villa Mia verbracht und es fehlte an nichts. Gemütlich und klimatisiert, gut ausgestattet, bequeme Betten, Liegebereich an Pool und auf dem Balkon. Unsere Ferienwohnung hatte 2 Balkone und einen tollen Meerblick. Wir haben sowohl den Pool als auch den kurzen Weg zur Bucht zum Meer viel genutzt. Sandra, die Vermieterin war super nett, hat Empfehlungen gegeben, wir konnten die Waschmaschine nutzen und hätten auch das Kanu nutzen können.

Tolle Unterkunft mit freundlicher Vermieterin
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Sveti Juraj. Die Vermieterin Sandra ist unheimlich nett und stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Den wunderschönen Pool haben wir oft genutzt. Wir können die Unterkunft jederzeit ohne Vorbehalte weiterempfehlen.

Toller Urlaub bei toller Gastgeberin
Die Appartment und das gesamte Haus ist wunderschön und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieterin ist super nett, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn man Fragen oder Wünsche hat bzw. Tipps braucht. Sie spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren äußerst begeistert von dem schönen Haus, der tollen Lage und vor Allem von dem sehr herzlichen Empfang unserer Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön aufgeteilt. Wir hatten das Glück 2 Balkone mit Meerblick zu haben. Die Gastgeber ist unglaublich herzlich und freundlich und hat immer gute Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen. Den kleinen Pool, sowie die Kochstelle im Gemeinschaftspavillon wo auch eine Tischtennisplatte steht, haben wir nicht mehr genutzt. Dafür die Kanus die frei verfügbar sind. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub in der Villa Mia!! 10 von 10 Punkten!

Perfekter Aufenthalt
Zum zweiten Mal waren wir bei Sandra (Vermieterin) zu Gast und es war erneut ein traumhafter und erholsamer Urlaub. Der Ausblick ist gigantisch (wenn man Meerblick gebucht hat) und auch der "Privatstrand" sauber und ruhig. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, aber mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 2 Minuten in Sv. Juraj und in ca. 10 Minuten in Senj. Wir werden auf alle Fälle ein drittes Mal wieder kommen :-)

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir sind angekommen und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment war absolut sauber. Den Pool haben wir täglich genutzt. Wir konnten grillen und Tischtennis spielen im Außenbereich, es war alles vorhanden. Die kleine Bucht direkt nebenan mit Kiesstrand war nicht überlaufen und perfekt zum Schnorcheln für unseren 15 jährigen. Die Ausgangslage für Ausflüge war ideal. Die Vermieterin war super freundlich und nahm sich schon im Vorfeld unserer Reise sehr viel Zeit zum beantworten von Fragen, auch wegen der aktuellen Corona Lage. Wir konnten uns immer an sie wenden. Sie hatte Ausflugtipps und Restaurantempfehlungen, die wir annahmen und nicht enttäuscht wurden. Nochmal vielen Dank für die herrlichen Tage und wir empfehlen dieses Apartmenthaus uneingeschränkt weiter. Auch in unserem Freundeskreis.

Unser Apartment war klasse! Das Haus, der Pool, der Garten, der Ausblick...alles war perfekt! Um das Haus herum wächst Rosmarin und duftet herrlich! Am Grillplatz draußen kann man Tischtennis spielen, grillen, kochen oder einfach nur in Kontakt mit anderen Urlaubern kommen. Sandra, die Vermieterin, ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie gibt bei Bedarf Informationen zur Umgebung und empfiehlt die schönsten Strandabschnitte. Wenn man etwas vom Wochenmarkt braucht bringt sie sogar etwas mit! Wir kommen wieder! Danke liebe Sandra für einen so perfekten ersten Aufenthalt in Kroatien!

Wir fanden alles super! Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend, man kann auf Anfrage auch früher einchecken. Man bekommt von ihr auch viele Informationen über Den Ort und die Umgebung. Das Apartment war 1a aufgeräumt und sauber! Alles nötigste in der Küche vorhanden, außer einem Ofen. Toller Meerblick, wir hatten 2 Balkons und von beiden Seiten des Hauses konnte man das Meer sehen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Der Ausblick , wenn man eine Wohnung zur Seeseite hat, ist wunderbar 😀 Leider stören der Autolärm insbesondere der Motorradlärm von der Hauptstraße,die direkt vor dem Objekt verläuft, sehr . Schade

Tout est parfait , Sandra est toujours présente et à notre disposition.. L’appart est presque neuf ,très propre et avec une vue magnifique sur la mer .. parfait pour visiter Plitvice 1 hr 15 - Opatija 1 hr 30 - île de Rab 1 hr ( magnifique plage idéal pour les enfants) Senj est à quelques kms ( markets , restos , beau petit port sympa ) Parfait pour quelques jours .. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce logement tout confort (à l'exception du manque d'un four ou d'un micro-ondes). Sandra, la propriétaire, est tout bonnement charmante et distille de très bons conseils à ses hôtes. Encore merci Sandra !

Très bel appartement à Senj.
Appartement très bien situé à Senj. Vue magnifique de la très belle terrasse de notre appartement. Accueil excessivement sympathique de Sandra la propriétaire. Très propre, literie très confortable, salle de bain impeccable. Cuisine assez petite mais très bien équipée. Très bien situé pour visiter l’ile de Rab ou Krk ou le très beau parc des lacs Plitvice. Appartement à recommander clairement!
