Perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a fantastic getaway. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, of a washing machine and dryer, AC, and more during your stay. Guests have access to the whole tri-level home. There is also a private backyard that is not fully fenced. There is an outside driveway and parking off street in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet, spacious and clean. We were very happy with our stay.

We stayed from Thursday to Monday and we found the house to be just as described in the listing. Lots of space to spread out and nice places to gather for meals and conversation.

Excellent Location for Family Gathering for Funeral and Fun Family Time

Clean, roomy for 8 adults and 3 children, located on a quiet cul de sac, easy to find, very close to airport (10min. drive), close to interstate to get to places such as, Ionia for funeral, Grand Haven and Lake Michigan for fun, easy access to Grand Rapids stores, markets and museums.

Great Home

Perfect house for 4 couples attending a concert at Van Andel! Home was clean and has lots of room for everyone. Mike was great with communication and helpful information. Nice neighborhood and only 10-15min drive to downtown GR! I would definitely rent this home again in the future for a concert.

Spacious clean rental

Rented this house for a group of 7..had plenty of room for even more people. Mike was very easy to get ahold of and contacted me prior to visiting to ensure everything was set. He had just painted and had carpets washed, place was very clean and tidy. Easy check in and check out. Stocked with everything we needed for bedding, cooking, etc. Good location, very easy to Uber into downtown

Nice stay

I originally planned our stay here for 5 guys on a Michigan tour. For many reasons, it ended up being only me and my brother staying in this 4-bedroom home. So, it had everything we needed for our short stay. Nice home, neighborhood and location for us. It is a split-level home, so I would not recommend for folks having problems with stairs. However, for us, it worked out very well.

Comfortable wedding stay

Me and 4 friends rented the house to attend a wedding. The house was very nicely stocked, especially the kitchen. It's in a quiet neighborhood and we all slept very well. All in all, a very comfortable stay.
