Our 100-year-old, meticulously maintained 3 bed/2 bath craftsman style home is a wonderful space for families.
You’ll love its prime location and neighborhood, just 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block to Main Street, where you can find the best restaurants and shopping in Santa Monica.
Although a car is not necessary for this location, there is secure, gated driveway parking for 2 vehicles.
Our house has everything you need to enjoy the Cali lifestyle including bikes, boogie boards, and beach chairs. We also have baby supplies for families with young children.
Spend relaxing time on the lovely back patio with a grill. We also supply a washer, dryer, smart TV, and high-speed Internet with your rental.
Our home is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families with kids.

Santa Monica law requires hosts to be present during the guests stay.
I live on-site and will be available throughout your stay, but I have a private space & entrance.
You will have use of the rest of the house and two parking spaces with a private driveway.
I am available 24/7 and will personally meet every guest and make sure you're settled in and have everything you need.

Guests must comply with Santa Monica Laws including; occupancy, noise, and parties.
Please note: No visitors without the express permission of the Host. Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed and no disturbing our neighbors.
Guests will be required to provide ID/DL and may be required to sign a separate contract agreeing to abide by all rules.

A wonderful place in a great location
This was a very cute place. The location was wonderful, about 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and close to great eating places. The check-in went very well, with great communication between the hosts. However, due to the horrific nearby fires, we were unable to fully enjoy the location and left early - we hope that everyone in the area is ok, or will be very soon!

Super cozy house!
We absolutely loved our stay in Santa Monica! The house was so charming and cozy - perfect for hosting our family’s Thanksgiving celebration. While the location was awesome (we absolutely loved being able to walk to the beach every day!), it was a bit noisy being right by the bus stop on Ocean Park Blvd. Lots of traffic, noisy people and sirens going by.

Beautifully kept house close to the beach
Loved the house and proximity to beach. Very clean and well kept. Easy stroll to shops and restaurants down the street or a little over a mile to 3rd Street Promenade and Santa Monica Pier. So thankful that there were AC units in the house, they worked very well when it got toasty outside. Would stay again in a minute!

It was a beautiful, well appointed 3 bedroom house with 2 baths. Very comfortable with off street parking which was a real plus in that neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and bikes to use. Great host. Restaurants in area were great. Could walk.

Very special beach house!
We loved our stay in this incredible, historic craftsman gem, a 2 minute walk to Santa Monica beach. Main Street restaurants, vintage stores, beach vibes - what’s not to like? We used the bikes provided to cruise Venice Beach bike trail. So much to do. Everything was great - thanks again and we hope to return!

Absolutely perfect place for our family!!
Overall everything was great. Check-in was easy and communication was clear. Stefan was friendly and concise! The house was incredibly charming but had every modern amenity you need. It was impeccably clean. My young daughters LOVED seeing the moon in the skylight when they took a bath each night and the downstairs shower had amazing water pressure. The location was the best part. It was perfect for walking to the beach, many restaurants, coffee shops, donuts. The neighborhood is like something from a storybook-we spent hours just wandering around looking at orange trees and flowers. Thanks for an unforgettable vacation!

Delightful home in ideal location!
We loved our stay in this beautiful and well-appointed 1908 craftsman. Our hosts couldn’t have been warmer. Stephan greeted us personally to acquaint us with the home. Being physically disabled, I greatly appreciated the first floor bedroom and full bath. Our 17 year old loved the proximity to the beach, and we all enjoyed the lovely restaurants and coffee shops just a block away. We look forward to staying again in the future. Highly recommend this spectacular home!

LA Art Fairs 2024
This was the perfect location to engage with many of the art events going on during Frieze week in LA. The home minutes to the beach has everything you need and more within walking distance. Definitely gonna come back for our next LA trip! The hosts were great and easy to work with and provided quick turnaround on any questions! Dream spot for sure!💯

Santa Monica serenity
Stephan was a wonderful host at this cozy home located within walking distance to the beach and Gelson’s supermarket.The home has a bedroom and bath with shower on the first floor which worked great for me and my husband, who finds stairs challenging. Two bedrooms and a bath upstairs accommodated 1 couple, 2 singles well. Walking distance to bike rentals with great paths to Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach. Drive to Disneyland only 30 minutes. We loved our stay in this well kept home and Stephan was the perfect host.

Excellent stay in Santa Monica!
This house is charming and exactly as depicted in the photos: clean, functional, comfortable and in a great location. Close to Main street, the beach, and a bus stop. The hosts are responsive, friendly and helpful. It's near a busy street, but that wasn't an issue for us and we slept well. We cooked a couple of nights and sat on the front porch each day while we had our morning coffee. Highly recommended!

Nice place for a family vacation
The house offers enough space for 6 people and is located only two blocks from the beach. It is well equiped and the nearby main street has nice restaurants and shopping opportunities. An ideal location for a family vacation. James and Stephan were always available and wonderful hosts. Besides that there is one thing I would like to mention so that other guests don't experience the same thing. Due to our own mistake, strangers were able to get into the house during the night and stole cash and a mobile phone. All windows and doors were closed but obviously one of them wasn't locked properly. This was a very frightening matter for the whole family. So better double check all doors and windows before you go to sleep - just to be on the safe side in this area.

Great location!
This charming house was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our long weekend in Santa Monica, but the best thing about it is the location. Just off Main St. with its coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and ice cream shops and a short walk or bike ride to the beach, with a nice grocery store about a fifteen minute walk. Super convenient - and the off-street parking was great, too. Hosts were friendly and incredibly helpful - made our whole stay a breeze.

Perfect for a small family getaway!
Beautiful home. Perfect for our family of 4 plus an infant. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating. They checked in on us to make sure everything was how it should be. Our kids to the bikes and boogie boards that was there for using to go to the beach. This place is absolutely a 10/10.
