Welcome to this cozy Cape Coral Home with enough space for the whole family. This New Construction home sleeps up to 8 guest and is situated minutes from Coral Oaks Golf Course, Burnt Store marina, and Matlacha.

All rooms have an LCD Smart TV, ready for you to connect your favorite streaming service. The Master bedroom has a King sized bed, 2 walk-in closets, an over sized shower with 2 shower heads, and a relaxing one person bathtub. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with bunkbeds with 3 mattresses and can sleep up to 4 people. The 3rd bedroom is fitted with a queen sized bed. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all part of an open floor plan that makes entertaining guest and socializing easy. Guest will have access to the 2 car garage.

Fantastic

Came for a few days with Family. The house was in the perfect area for what we needed. Only 15 minutes from a friend’s house. Clean, comfortable and would stay again.

Seclusion

The house was incredible, we loved to main room for spending time together it was very spacious. The entire home was warm feeling and extremly clean. The way the home was tucked back at the end of the neighborhood gives you a break from all the business and trafic.
