Pool & Spa Heating Policy

Pool Heating:
Rate: $100 per night (2-night minimum).
Temperature & Schedule: Heated to 82°F from 8 AM to 6 PM. Do NOT heat pool above 85°F
Includes: Pool heating and spa heating for the selected days.

Spa Heating:
Temperature: Maintained between 95-103°F using natural gas heating.
Same-Day Spa Heat: Can be arranged on the day of use by using the house iPad.

Spa-Only Heating (Without Pool Heating):
Rate: $35 per day (if pool heating is not requested).
Prepayment: Request will be sent prior to check out.

Payment Options: Payment request will be sent prior to checkout.
Consecutive Days Required: Due to high natural gas costs and extended heating time, pool heating must be booked for a minimum of 2 consecutive days.
1-Night Stays: Guests staying only one night will still be required to pay for two nights of pool heating, as the initial heating process takes almost an entire day.
Advance Notice Required: To ensure the pool is heated and ready for use, prepayment is required at least one day in advance.

Summer Heating Waiver: During warmer months, the heating charge may be waived at the host’s discretion—please inquire!
