South Philly meets New Zealand -vibrant Passyunk townhouse

This is our home but we spend a lot of time in New Zealand and are a long term stay property only (30 days minimum).

The mattresses are in excellent condition, the air conditioning and heating work well, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals including good quality pots and pans. Owners have left spices/herbs/oils for your convenience.

There is a finished basement with TV and a couch that opens to a queen if needed.

The neighborhood is fun and useful - restaurants and many conveniences just at your fingertips.

The house features include: a very well-equipped kitchen with new induction oven and appliances; comfortable beds with quality 100% cotton sheets and towels; a luxurious master bedroom with king bed, his and her closets, tv and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has it's own full bath with tub. Central air and heat. (The photo of the master br includes an air conditioner which is no longer necessary). Fully finished basement with TV, sectional sofa that opens to a queen bed and laundry room. High-speed Wifi is included.

Quality furnishings throughout (including a beautiful mosaic by Isaiah Zagar – creator of the Magic Gardens). The house is decorated with mementos and art from New Zealand giving it a South Pacific flair. There is a back patio to enjoy private outdoor space.

***There is an induction cooktop oven. People with pacemakers should not be in the same room using this equipment. Please let us know if you have a Pacemaker***

Note: Both baths are on the second floor.

Smart lock on the front door allows you to check in with ease and we are flexible with arrival and departure times.
